Villa Waringin is revered as one of the very best beach front properties in Bali. This immaculately kept luxury villa has a team of staff that offer a professional and attentive service to cater to your every need.
The owners at Villa Waringin have taken care to ensure the villa has its own unique identity, putting a French influence on the stunning interior design, whilst maintaining a connection to the rural Bali that surrounds the property.
The six bedrooms are spread across two floors and are furnished with gorgeous cabinets, chairs and beds throughout. Each bedroom is air conditioned and the beds themselves are fitted with mosquito nets, for those particularly bothersome months!
The living area is located on the ground floor and this is an ideal area to seek refuge during those intermittent rain showers. During the evening, take advantage of the sound system or cinema projector to keep yourself and your guests amused.
Making your way outside and you are greeted by a large private swimming pool, which almost looks as if it breaches the sea. If you’re travelling with children, you will be pleased to know that there is a child friendly swimming pool and a pool fence can be fitted. The garden area has several places to relax and unwind, so examine every corner whilst sipping on a cocktail.
Within the grounds of the Estate, you can find a communal tennis court and gym. When you are done with your day of leisurely exercising, get ready to tackle the immediate area. Remember, all you need to do to find your holiday villa is to wind your way through the rice fields to find your own private beach paradise at Villa Waringin!

About the surrounding area of Villa WaringinA huge attraction of this property, is the ability to experience the local tradition and island lifestyle on a stroll along the beach, whilst only 30 minutes from the touristy hotspot of Seminyak, and 10 minutes from the famous Tanah Lot temple.
The nearby resort town of Seminyak is the high-end spa capital of Bali, and boasts some of the most glorious beaches in Bali. Be sure to catch the legendary sunsets and enjoy the tranquil beauty, and marvel at Balinese ceremonies on the beach, complete with gamelan players and offerings to the gods. Sophisticated spas and high-end boutiques will entice you away from the waterfront.
You are also only around half an hour from the capital of Bali, Denpasar, a bustling multi-cultural city, with many beautiful palaces, temples and museums to visit.

Well, don’t shy away from the fun of the bounce! Bounce Bali doesn’t have age restrictions, so it really is fun for the whole family.
For something a little more mellow for the parents, Finns Recreational Club is a nice opportunity for the Mum & Dad to out their feet up. This adventure playground has it all, so the children will never be bored.

The Nyepi (Silent) Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it starts at 6 AM that day and finishes 6 AM the following day. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 7 March 2019, 25 March 2020, and 14 March 2021.
