Location
About the surrounding area of Pebbleline HouseJust a few hundred yards along the coast are large, spectacular, secluded soft sanded coves. In fact, these are so wonderful that its just like being on your own private Caribbean desert island (and that's no exaggeration).
The area is famous for its wreck diving, which boasts some of the best in the UK, with over 300 wrecks between Rame head and Fowey. The National Marine Aquarium in Plymouth has won the bidding for the decommissioned warship, HMS Scylla, which will now be sunk off Whitsand Bay, Cornwall, to create an artificial reef. This will be the first of its kind in Europe, making the West country Britain's diving capital.
Cornwall lies alongside the warm Gulf Stream and its mild climate makes all manner of plants, including sub-tropical ones, flourish here. South East Cornwall is a veritable gardeners' paradise: dozens of wonderful gardens, large and small, public and private, are open to visitors through most of the year, and are easily accessible. These include the famous Lost Gardens of Heligan, gardens of The National Trust and many more properties open under the National Gardens Scheme.
One experience not to be missed is the spectacular and unique Eden Project. The Project is easily accessible from your accommodation in South East Cornwall and is guaranteed to leave you enchanted, inspired and overawed! Built inside a crater 50 metres deep, the huge biomes constitute the biggest plant conservatory on earth!
The house is a perfect starting point with the coastal path a mere 50 metres away, allowing you to slowly venture out, but with home not too far from sight.

We had a great time at the Pebbleline House and were very lucky with the weather too.
3 generations of our family agreed it was the best holiday we have had together. The house was perfect and the location simply stunning. We enjoyed watching Dolphins swim past on a couple of occasions and loved stargazing at night!

A memorable week at Pebbleline House
My family enjoyed a memorable week at Pebbleline House with wonderful food and drink. The night we arrived was stunning and we had the most perfect supper on the deck watching the sunset …., so lucky.
Words fail me to give Georgie of Kaloura’s Kitchen enough credit. We planned the anniversary feast over several months and collected it from her kitchen in Wadebridge.
Everybody agreed that it was the finest meal of their lives. Between us we have experienced fine dining in many countries but nothing compares with what Georgie and Josh did for us. Just superb. My eldest son (a retired General and now Master of a Cambridge college) came with me over to Wadebridge, where Georgie had everything ready. My son took control as Georgie had so many instructions as to what we had to do in the final preparations. I glazed over, but Georgie sent over an email with step by step instructions. Georgie is just such a nice person and I bless you for giving me the contact.
The Portwrinkle post man was so exited to handle a letter from the King, a lovely anniversary card to the diamond couple.
Has to be the very best place to celebrate a special occasion. -
We’ve had simply the most fantastic time!
I just wanted to say a huge thank to Suze for letting us stay in her wonderful house by the beach. Our wedding was amazing, the house has been the absolute perfect spot for us to celebrate, laugh, dance, cry and cheers and we’ve had simply the most fantastic time!
Lots of amazing food (we booked Adrian for two solid days!).. I also have enjoyed cooking in your kitchen, its perfectly set up for someone who loves to cook like me, and well done on having such a cracking set of pans! The hot tub is lovely, we love the natural wood and we’ve managed to watch the sun rise and also set from that spot! We all also really enjoyed your wonderfully eclectic taste in art and general intrigue – I can tell a lot of the possessions in here are personal and that makes the property seem even more like a home away from home.. so thank you.

Fabulous
This is a fabulous house in a quiet unspoilt part of Cornwall. We were a 3-generation family from the ages of 5 to 65 and everyone absolutely loved it here. From the hot tub on the terrace with superb sea views to the calmness and comfort of this lovely home. There are some beautiful and quirky pieces of art all over the house for all to enjoy which we found exceptional as lots of holiday homes are usually very minimalistic. The beach was literally a few steps away and our grandchildren loved searching the rock pools for wildlife. There was so much excitement when they found a large starfish.
This house has a definite home from home feel and we would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. The owners were really swift with their responses throughout.
There were tears from our granddaughter on leaving so I’m pretty sure we’ll be going back again to enjoy this peaceful, tranquil house and location. -
Amazing week
Four generations of my family, ranging from 22-83, all female, spent an amazing week at this gorgeous property. We didn’t get the best weather but that didn’t make any difference to our enjoyment. All that you need is there, hot tub was wonderful!!
