This quintessential English country Estate near Stow-on-the-Wold is the perfect setting for large family gatherings and celebrations in a idyllic countryside. The estate has been lovingly resorted and offers all the services of a boutique hotel.
Cotswold Manor Estate stretches over 14.5 acres and can sleep up to a maximum of thirty-two guests across its fifteen beautifully-appointed bedrooms. The Estate consists of four individual properties including The Manor House, Barn, Granary, Cow Byre and Peacock Shed. All of which are surrounded by the exquisite award-winning gardens.
The 5-bedroom Manor house has been privately owned since the 15th century and is steeped in English history. It has been beautifully refurbished and is now available as an exclusive home to rent for those seeking a discrete retreat away from the hassle of city living. For relaxation in an atmosphere of tranquillity and charm in a classic Cotswold village, this estate is a wonderful place to stay, be it to spend time with friends and family, entertain clients, or arrange team building for corporate groups.
The luxuriously converted Cotswold Barn contains five themed suites, from the elegant gold room, to the exotic African room. The cookery lessons also take place in the barn, where clients can enjoy a selection of set seasonal courses. The Granary can comfortably accommodate six guests across its three en-suite bedrooms. The remaining four guests can make use of the Cow Byre and Peacock Shed, both having just one bedroom they make romantic boltholes for any couples in search of a little extra privacy from the rest of the group.
The outside space is equally impressive, Cotswold Manor and Barn both boast their own hot tubs, while the Manor benefits from its very own astro tennis court, the ideal spot for some healthy competition! Cotswold Barn benefits from a swimming pool, brand new for 2020! There is plenty of opportunity for al fresco dining with multiple terraces and Weber barbecues.

The Estate consists of the stunning five-bedroom 15th century Manor House, a luxuriously converted five-bedroom barn, a three-bedroom Granary and two idyllic one-bedroom hideaways perfect for party overspills. The self-contained Cow Byre and the Grade I listed Peacock Shed.

Wedding Reception
The wedding breakfast usually takes place in the Grand Manor Dining Room which seats up to 34 though there are options. There is an informal Barn lounge or the Peacock Shed for a romantic setting, and the gardens are stunning for reception drinks.
Wedding Ceremony
There are many locations, both inside and outside, for an on-site ceremony. There is also a beautiful church only a minute's walk from the venue.
Additional Fees for Events
There will be a wedding venue fee. Pricing is created on request; please enquire for details as every package is different. There is no corkage fee.

Where to Stay
The estate can sleep up to 34 people across the luxuriously converted five-suite barn, the historical five-bedroom Manor and additional self-contained historic buildings, if available, all within a short walk of each other.
Wedding Planning
The venue has suppliers to suggest, or the client may provide their own. The venue can help with all event needs on request. There is indoor spaces available for backup.
Catering
There is in-house catering, but clients may choose from a list of recommended suppliers.
Wedding Packages
Day before and after events are permitted with an extra cost that applies. Depending on the package, furniture, planning, and extra cleaning can be provided. Packages usually include two nights' accommodation, the ceremony in the Peacock Garden, several bottles of champagne, an event manager, tableware, glassware, white linen and other furniture for up to 34 guests, but please enquire.
Wedding Suppliers
A list of recommended vendors, such as photographers, florists, and DJs, can be provided, though you are welcome to use your own suppliers.

Noise Restrictions
Noise should be minimised after a certain hour to respect neighbours. Unfortunately, there cannot be music outside after 8 pm, so any entertainment after this must take place in the Manor and be approved prior to arrival. A small informal dance floor area can be set up in the lounge, and music can continue until midnight.

The venue does accept other events with the same numbers. Pricing will very much depend on the event and requirements.

Event fee varies depending on requests for the day. There is partial accessibility with ramps and elevators. Children are welcome, and the venue offers supervised childcare.
Please note that any event rental may be subject to additional charges, venue hire fees and to a higher security deposit, which will be in addition to any published rental rates and fees.

Fantastic!
I organised a party there for about 18 people, it was superb. Loved every minute of it as did all the guests. It snowed about 10 inches while we were there but it didn't effect us. If anything it made it all better.
Very accomodating and I'll definentely be back. I highly reccommend it.
