  • This property cannot accommodate children under the age of 16, due to the open water and house layout, with bedrooms on different floors accessed by numerous stairs.
  • Threshim Mill is also unsuitable for those with mobility issues due to the numerous stairs.
  • The river and waterfall in the garden is not fenced and presents a potential hazard, so extra caution is advised.

Please note that all extras are subject to availability and must be requested in advance of the holiday (prices on request). Due to some rural/remote locations, not all services will be available at all properties. However, we will always do our best to fulfil your requests!

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit £500 (additional £200 for pets) charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes, standard changeover clean included. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Pets welcome? On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, an additional £200 security deposit will apply. Please enquire at the time of booking.
Smoking Allowed? No smoking or vaping.
Changeover day Flexible.
Minimum stay 3 nights.
Other Ts and Cs Please note that all guests must be over the age of 16. The river is not fenced and all rooms are located off different floors, with lots of stairs throughout the mill.

By choosing to stay at our mill house, you acknowledge and accept the potential dangers associated with our natural surroundings.
