It goes without saying that we’re gripped by the Oscars: who and what has been nominated, the promotion leading up to it and the glitz and glamour on the night. So, to celebrate the 96th Academy Awards, we want to throw the ultimate Oscars party for someone and their nearest and dearest.

We’ve brought the lavish Los Angeles award ceremony to life with our exclusive ‘A Weekend At The Oscars’ experience, which is available over the official weekend (Friday 8th to Monday 11th March this year).

The luxury package includes a stay at the grand Cartmel Mansion, which you’ll have all to yourself; the lavish property boasts 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and can sleep up to 20 guests.

This magnificent period property offers swagger and style in big doses. There are plenty of treats in store including a large wine cellar, quirky jukebox, elegant drawing room and of course, an impressive cinema room where the viewing of the eagerly-anticipated award ceremony will take place.

What’s more, the property’s bedrooms are actually inspired by glamourous hotels so you’ll find yourself transported to the likes of Los Angeles’ Beverley Hills Hotel, New York’s St. Regis or Palm Beach’s The Colony Hotel when it comes to turning in for the night.

As well as offering the chance to watch the ceremony in a fabulous manor house, our ‘A Weekend At The Oscars’ experience is packed full of special touches and activities to make you feel like you’re on the red carpet yourself.

In the days leading up to the Sunday evening event, you will have the opportunity to get pampered and prepped, just like any A-lister would.

You’ll also have your own private chef on the official awards evening and a fully-stocked fridge for the duration of your 3-night stay.

Itinerary
Arrive at Cartmel Mansion on the evening of Friday 8th March and spend time relaxing and enjoying each other’s company in its sophisticated entertainment spaces and landscaped grounds. A stocked fridge and bar await you.

Whether you wake up in the Beverly Hills or New York (the bedrooms, not literally!), Saturday begins at leisure before a team of therapists arrive at the house to indulge you in an afternoon of ultimate relaxation. Choose from a range of therapies including massages, facials and manicures - or treat yourself to one of each!

Your next scheduled appointments start on Sunday lunchtime when a team of beauticians and hairdressers will arrive at the manor for an afternoon of preening. From bouffants to tumbling curls, whatever your red carpet dreams, we have you covered!

As the main event approaches, step into your finery - a designer gown or suit that we will have hired for you and delivered to the property. We want to make sure that you feel your very best.

Once you’re ready, descend the sweeping stairs and be transported right into the Oscars themselves.

Enjoy each other's glamorous company but also that of a couple of the nominated themselves. It’s rumoured that Cillian Murphy could be in attendance at the manor… Well, someone who looks incredibly like him will be!

The evening will unfold with a chef-cooked, fine-dining meal inspired by the actual 2023 Oscars menu. Finally, round off the experience by sitting back and enjoying the prestigious ceremony in Cartmel Mansion’s lavish cinema room.

The ‘A Weekend At The Oscars’ package costs from £1,250 per person for a 3-night stay based on 10 people sharing, larger groups will need to enquire. The villa rental is on top of this price, so please enquire about the 3-night rate.
