The estate boasts a brewery which creates award-winning craft beers in one of the estate’s ancient farm buildings, surrounded by golden barley fields that offer some of the best Maris Otter barley in the world. They host a monthly Street Food Friday where you can meet local artisans and taste delicious treats.

The barn is tucked away at the top end of the estate’s ancient buildings. Offsetting its gorgeous flint walls are lavish fabrics and a soothing, calm colour palette. Your open-plan living room is centred around a large landscape window to drown the space in sparkling Norfolk light and to take full advantage of the scenic views. A modern sofa is sprinkled with scatter cushions where you can relax, unwind and enjoy a good movie or two after exploring the estate or spending the day on the beach. The television enjoys Freeview channels and a DVD player for your entertainment. The modern kitchen has shaker-style cabinetry and excellent appliances, including a Nespresso coffee maker. The living room also comes with a dining table and chairs though you might want to head outside if the sun is shining.
 
Your master bedroom boasts gorgeous wood detailing, a beautifully dressed king-size bed and a wonderfully warm ambience. It is a room that entices long lie-ins. The second bedroom can be made up as a kingsize or with twin beds to suit your needs, but either way, the beds in Stiffkey Barn are adorned with hotel-quality linens and beautiful soft furnishings. Both rooms enjoy fabulous painted headboards. Guests share an immaculate shower room and a separate toilet.
 
Doors open from the barn to your private courtyard garden with its barbecue where your barbecue master can prepare a feast.
