Welcome to Oban Bay Hall, a fantastic holiday home in Scotland offering seven bedrooms and comfortably accommodating groups of 14 adults and 1 infant. This family-friendly holiday home ensures a relaxing experience for both parents and children. The spacious layout of Oban Bay Hall, allows early risers to enjoy their breakfast, play, or watch TV without disturbing others. Children can even take a delightful stroll to the view point, where they might find a puddle for some splashing fun, making use of the provided wellies.

The house offers various child-friendly facilities, including a proper cot, two full-sized single beds in the Mull and Iona bedrooms (please request), highchairs, booster seats, a potty, and a toilet seat. Parents can have peace of mind as the floors are made of natural wood or tiles, eliminating concerns about spills on carpets. Outside, there is a fenced play area with seating, ensuring a safe environment for children to play. The house also provides children's crockery, cutlery, and mugs, along with small towels and cot sheets/blankets. Toys and books are available to keep the little ones entertained, and there's even a washing machine and tumble dryer for convenience. Spare wellies and waterproofs extra bed linen in all bedrooms complete the family-friendly offerings at Oban Bay Hall.

Noise Restrictions 
All guests are to be considerate to neighbours and to keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. For weddings or events, there is to be no amplified noise outside of the house and guests should abide by the normal noise restrictions due to the home being in a built up area.
 
Please note that any event rental may be subject to additional charges, venue hire fees and to a higher security deposit, which will be in addition to any published rental rates and fees.

All events are on request only and subject to prior agreement from the owner, who reserves the right to refuse all events without their prior authorisation.
