Security deposit The property manager works with SUPERHOG. Once your booking is confirmed, SUPERHOG will contact you to verify your identity and arrange a security deposit. You are required to provide a refundable £1000 damage deposit or a non-refundable £35 damage waiver. Refunds on deposits are issued by SUPERHOG 14 days after departure if no damage is reported.
