I love the contemporary design and the seamless indoor-outdoor flow. It connects deeply with my heritage in New Zealand and felt like the perfect opportunity to expand and create my dream home.

Do you have a favourite room in the property?
The formal white sofa/bar room—it’s a completely peaceful sanctuary and a beautiful space overlooking the green fields. Also, the new powder room (main bathroom), as it feels like a work of art—glamorous and reminiscent of a London restaurant’s bathroom.

    For those who want plenty of options for things to do, this is the ideal place, for those who want to switch off and enjoy the peace and quiet, this is the ideal place, truly something for everyone.
    The house is wonderful, VERY clean, spacious and comfortable with plenty of attention to detail, little things that help you to feel at home, but the grounds are so much more than the photos, beautiful!

She shared local recommendations with us well in advance, and was always ready to help! We really enjoyed our time there and look forward to coming back!

    The house was as described and well maintained. It is secluded which is what we wanted. The photos were accurate and the bedrooms were actually better than shown. It’s a great venue for entertaining guests.

    As someone who has stayed in numerous properties, this was truly the best. Communication from the host, both before and during the stay is impeccable. Charlotte really went out of her way to ensure we all felt comfortable and at home. The finishing touches made the stay; I am so used to packing bags of loo rolls, kitchen roll, washing up liquid etc as hosts tend to leave the bare minimum. Not here; the attention to every detail is second to none and one truly needs to worry about nothing. There is so much space and so well laid out with ground floor rooms for kids and a boot room for dogs. We loved it and hopefully looking forward to another stay.
