What you should know…
- Camber Beach House comfortably sleeps 10 guests across five bedrooms, but for larger groups, the snug features a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests for a small extra charge. Please refer to the T&Cs for more details.
- The hot tub is available for bookings of three nights or more at an additional cost of £50 per day. If you’d like to include this in your stay, please enquire at the time of booking.
- For safety reasons, children must be supervised at all times, especially around the hot tub. Children under five years old should not use the hot tub.
- Please note that Camber Beach House does not provide a cot or high chair.

The incredible location, the abundance of natural light, and its unique, characterful interior.
Are there any interesting stories in its history?
Yes! The piano in the house originally came from the Folies Bergère in Paris, and if you look closely, you can still see the heel marks left by the can-can dancers on its surface. The house is filled with fascinating historic pieces, each with its own story to tell.
Do you have a favourite room in the house?
The snug—it’s a peaceful, cosy retreat, perfect for unwinding.

We can’t wait to go back
We stayed at this lovely house over a weekend with family and lots of kids and it was the perfect set up for us. Plenty of space for everyone to cook and eat and play board games (supplied). The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed for cooking.
It’s right by the beach making an easy walk to the sand dunes and sea with little ones.
The sheets and towels are exactly what you hope for - luxurious and pampering.
We didn’t use the hot tub but hope to make good use of that on our next visit this summer. All booked already. We can’t wait to go back. -
A truly wonderful place.
The house is both stylish and homely - rustic chic. Ample space for two big families as very generous living areas. Perfectly located on a small, sandy road - a stone’s throw from the stunning sandy dunes of Camber Sands . We will be back!
