These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit £1000 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Changeover day Mondays and Fridays. Other days may be accepted on request.
Minimum stay 3 nights. 7 nights at Christmas.
Pets welcome? Yes, up to 2 small/medium, well behaved dogs are welcome on request. We ask that they remain downstairs and off furniture. They are subject to an additional charge of £60 per stay. A welcome pack is provided.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking and vaping is permitted outside only. Please dispose of waste in the sand bucket provided.
Stag & Hen Do Allowed? On request
