This recently renovated coastal oasis blends contemporary comfort with effortless beachside charm, providing the perfect retreat for up to ten guests. Just steps from the golden sands, you’ll wake to the sound of waves and fall asleep to the salty breeze drifting through open windows.

Stepping inside, you’re immediately struck by the flood of natural light and the breathtaking panoramic views of Rhosneigr Beach. The open-plan living space is thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Plush sofas invite you to sink in after a day of adventure, while the dual lounges ensure a harmonious balance – one a refined, peaceful haven, the other a lively retreat for younger guests. Through the elegant crittall doors, the kitchen and dining area create the heart of the home, with an expansive granite island that doubles as a social hub. Cooking enthusiasts will delight in the high-end appliances, including an electric oven, steam oven, microwave, Delonghi coffee machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and wine chiller. Whether you're preparing a family feast or simply enjoying a glass of wine, the views from this space are simply mesmerising.

Wander upstairs and discover the generously proportioned bedrooms, each designed with comfort and tranquillity in mind. The king-size master suite boasts an en-suite walk-in shower, while further double bedrooms and a charming bunk room provide flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups. From the second living area, watch the surfers ride the waves by day or stargaze on clear nights, all from the comfort of your seaside sanctuary.

Outside, the newly landscaped garden is an entertainer’s dream. The dedicated games room, complete with a bar and a 9ft shuffleboard, is the perfect setting for laughter-filled evenings. The outdoor dining terrace, seating up to sixteen guests, offers an idyllic space for al fresco meals, while the elevated hot tub is an irresistible spot to unwind beneath the night sky.

If you are looking to accommodate a larger group, Barnett House can be rented out along with the adjoining flat, as Barnett Residence. The combined property sleeps up to 15 people.
