The impressive Villa Bolero is located in the Las Lomas area of the Casa de Campo resort on the southern coast of the Dominican Republic. Positioned by the 8th hole of the Dye Fore golf course, this six-bedroom property is a short distance from all the resort amenities and has its own gazebo, hot tub and private pool.
Up to twelve guests can enjoy the space and luxury of Villa Bolero, including an inviting pool terrace. Plenty of sun loungers line up beside the large, heated pool and adjacent hot tub, and the nearby gazebo houses a dining area, kitchenette and bar as well as lots of seating. Everything you need for a great day in the sun is provided, and the villa’s team of four staff are on hand to help you too.
Large, open spaces inside the house offer yet more options for relaxing, with spacious lounges, a dining area with seating for ten, and a kitchen equipped with top-of-the-range appliances. Your chef will, of course, be able to handle the cooking for you.
All six of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have an en-suite bathroom with bath tub, and some also have an outdoor shower. Each bedroom is elegantly furnished and offers plenty of space. Each one is also equipped with TV's. A sofa-bed in the television room also offers additional sleeping space.
The villa is within a short drive of the resort’s many facilities. You will find three golf courses, tennis courts, a gym, spa and a variety of restaurants throughout the complex. There is also the marina and the Mediterranean village of Altos de Chavon to explore, where you can dine at the Italian restaurant, visit the artists’ studios and museum, and perhaps see a show in the grand 5,000-seat amphitheatre which plays hosts to many of the biggest names in music.

The villa has its wonderful pool terrace, hot tub, a barbecue and chilled out gazebo lounge, and it’s well equipped inside with HDTV, internet and bedrooms that are ideal for siblings to share.
The resort has it all, with sports facilities by the bucketload. There’s plenty of tennis courts, a soccer school, water-sports and night golf, a fun variant on the standard game where the balls are lit up. The private beach is calm and relaxed, with a beach club providing a mellow soundtrack, and the kids’ club has something to keep all ages busy while parents do their own thing.
There’s also a tropical swimming pool, food trucks, excellent restaurants serving cuisine from around the globe, and designer shopping for the fashion lovers. You can always enjoy a night at the movies at the resort’s own multi-screen cinema or see if you can catch a big name playing at the Altos de Chavon amphitheatre.

Look no further, this is the most incredible house
Perfection! We rent several homes around the world each year and this was by far the best experience. The house defines gorgeous. The layout of the home is perfect for a large family gathering. The staff were amazing and kind. The food prepared was incredible. We were absolutely spoiled the entire week. There are fantastic homes in Cas de Capo but this one has it ALL! Can’t wait to go back!

Spectacular Vacation. Spectacular House. Spectacular Staff…
Recently my wife, and 5 sons, decided to celebrate my 70th birthday in the Dominican Republic. More specifically, in Casa de Campo. The decision was made to rent a villa, big enough to accommodate the whole family.
Before I share with you our experience, I must do something I never do, which is provide details of our private life, however, it is important to know that the review I am about to write, comes from someone whom with his adorable wife has travelled throughout the world, staying at top rates places, and dinned at restaurants of all levels and types of foods. We love to be pampered and enjoy good food and good wine, but above all we love family. Now, our experience in Villa Bolero not only competes with our best European, Euro-Asian, Asian, South American and Caribbean experiences; but it has been by far the best vacation of our lives. The villa, in my opinion an architectural jewel, ten thousand square feet of extraordinary design and décor (my wife loves paintings); as my wife puts it, the architect allowed the outdoors in and the indoors out…simply put, spectacular. This villa, somehow keeps its essence, and love that the Barcelo, family pour into it, it is not just a vacation villa, it is a home.
Last but by no means least, I must commend every single member of the staff; special mentions to Janette, the property manager, who so graciously put up with my wife’s endless requests for assistance in the planning of the celebration of my birthday; then, Miguelina, who turned out to be a sophisticated, and extremely creative chef, and a better human being, she truly is a professional, and what can I say about Jose Angel, he is the butler with the discipline of a drill sergeant, he keeps all meals, and activities on schedule, while catering to my family’s need throughout our stay, and all with a smile, and with the obvious goal of making us enjoy our stay to the max.
