Additional amenities include a media room with 12 seats, a gym, an office, two master suites facing the ocean, and fully equipped kitchens with state-of-the-art appliances.
The bedrooms are situated around the main living areas, and each has an ensuite of shower rooms. Six bedrooms offer direct ocean views with private balconies and lavish bathrooms, while the remaining four interior bedrooms comprise three independent apartment suites with private kitchenettes and social terraces.
Outdoor amenities include a large saltwater swimming pool, a jacuzzi with a fire pit and sitting area, a gazebo with alfresco dining and a barbecue and pizza oven.
