Villa Iree is perfectly located, just a ten minute drive from Montego Bay’s international airport and close to nearby beaches. Offering over 14,000 sqft of living space and five en-suite bedrooms, Greatview offers guests the opportunity to holiday in Jamaica in unparalleled luxury.
The five large bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms, remote controlled air-conditioning, bamboo floors, and a private outdoor patio or balcony.
The great-room is a combination living & dining-room with an impressive 40" ceiling. The room has large comfortable sofas and lounge chairs, providing a great space to unwind after a day at the beach. The mezzanine above has a smaller seating area for more intimate gatherings. The main floor rooms, covered pavilion and two master bedroom suites are all wheelchair accessible.
The covered pavilion with its cushioned rattan furniture is the social heart of Greatview, providing a great place to spend the day drinking cocktails or simply enjoying the sunshine. Close to the pavilion is the property's impressive 20mx40m heated pool, with waterfall feed to the hot tub below (note the pool maintains 85-degree temperature all winter).
The villa has a large complement of staff who are available to attend to your every need, providing a 24hr service to meet any guest's requirements.

The bedroom opens to a porch, sea view, and garden, a connecting passage to the Master Bedroom (Plantation Room).

About the surrounding area of Villa IreeMontego Bay is Jamaica's tourism capital and arguably one of the Carribean's premier resort destinations. It is the island's second city in terms of size and importance and has long been a playground for the world's rich and famous. It is easily accessible, the city boasts a first class international airport, as well as a port used by many interntaional cruise lines.

As well as dazzling waters, Montego bay also offers history, culture and wildlife. The Rocklands Feeding station is a must for bird lovers, located only minutes from Montego Bay. The Belvedere estate also draws in tourists from every area, one of the first sugar cane plantations in Jamaica and is still a working estate. It's owner, Mr. Pat McGann has opened it to the public so that the estate may share it's natural beauty, rivers, waterfalls, ruins and exotic plants with tourists and the public.
For sport lovers, Montego Bay is home to 4 different golf courses, including the world famous Tryall Golf Club which sits in a stunning 2,200 acre estate with sweeping vistas down to the captivatingly blue Carribean Sea.

Getting There
Jamaica has two international airports, Donald Sangster in Montego Bay and Norman Manley, Kingston.
From the US:
There are many direct flights with Jet Blue, Caribbean, Delta, American and United from cities including New York, Chicago, Miami, Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston and Philadelphia.
From the UK:
There are direct flights to Montego Bay from Gatwick and Manchester with American Airlines, British Airways or Virgin Atlantic. Glasgow and Belfast passengers can also fly via the US with United Airlines.

Villa Iree offers lots for children to do, so look no further. The villa provides access to a Kids Club at Little View for up to 4 children aged 3-12, for 3 hours per day. This Kids Club is centered around Little View which is a one bedroom tree house/play house fully stocked with craft materials, games, puzzles and playhouse items. A rope climbing maze provides a secret back entrance to the tree house. Under the tree house is a sand box, craft tables and play tents which dot the surrounding garden. Depending on the children's ages and interests, local crafts people will be brought in for jewelry making, kite making, clay modeling, coconut hat weaving and other fun Jamaican crafts.
Villa Iree also has complimentary snorkels, fins, masks, picnic baskets, beach towels and water shoes which is ideal for a family who want to take the kids down to one of the many amazing beaches in the immediate area. The Villas also includes complimentary cribs (2), high chars (2), booster seats, stroller, baby toys, water toys, beach toys, 2 bicycles and more ... perfect to keep little ones happy.

Villa Staff included at this property:
A full-time dedicated chef, butler, housekeeper and personal laundress attend exclusively to your villa.
Your cook will handle grocery shopping and meal preparation. They will pre-purchase your first few meals plus pantry staples, then finish the week's shopping after meeting with you. At week's end, they will present receipts for all food and beverage and reconcile your account. A typical grocery budget is $55-$65 per adult per day and $20-25 per day for preteens. This may vary up or down depending on market prices and menus.(more luxurious items such as shrimp, lobster, imported meats and Champagne will incur a further charge).
Your cook will also pre-purchase a small starter bar (a few bottles of Red Stripe, moderately-priced wine and rum). Additional alcohol requests will increase your budget. If you wish to go to the various markets with them, you are welcome. Otherwise, simply review your tastes and distastes with them and they'll handle it all while you stay at the villa and relax.

They blew us away by making sure every detail was taken care of from arranging a driver to pre-stocking the villa with food and drinks and forwarding our menu preferences to the private chef at Greatview. The chef will absolutely spoil you with thier culinary talents, not to worry though, there is a gym and steam room at your disposal and the butlers will be more than happy to help you work off the extra pounds with a trek up to Mt. Zion. Greatview is definitely a place to stay with plenty of room yet very private, you can enjoy your time there in your own private pool or hot tub.
