Surrounded by greenery of the trees and cerulean waves - this villa is located in Montego Bay's Spring Farm neighbourhood and is filled with luxury. This fantastic, almost 8000 sq ft house sits on a spacious three acres of land and boasts up to five bedrooms, one bedroom can be used as a media room or a bedroom thanks to its oversized couch.

The extensive use of floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows bring the outside in and allow you to enjoy the beautiful views as much as possible. The bedrooms on the upper level offer you the chance to wake up to warp around views from the comfort of your bed.

The Master suite has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, bathtub and walk-in double rain shower. This bedroom adjoins the media room, to create a convenient family suite (if desired) and keep a close eye on the little ones!

The second bedroom, known as the Green Room, boasts a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, separate bathtub and walk-in shower. Both these rooms have outdoor showers, each in a private garden.

Two more bedrooms are located on the upper level; The Pineapple Room with a king sized bed in a truly glorious corner room with floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private balcony with al fresco bathtub.

The Coconut Room is yet another corner room with floor-to-ceiling windows. It is also equipped with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and its own balcony with al fresco bathtub as well.

Wherever you go in the villa, only a sheet of glass stands between the uber chic interiors and luscious, verdant outdoors - a contact with nature is really maximised in this property.

When it comes to entertainment you will be spoilt for choice in the gorgeous villa interior, with a 50” Apple TV, sleek teak bar, drinks cooler and with an ice maker and multiple television viewing spots.

A separate massage and fitness pavilion, offers a fantastically well-equipped gym with Freemotion elliptical, treadmill, two spinning bikes, weight bench, kettlebells ranging between 5-30 lbs, VTX weights. The pavilion also offers a yoga deck a massage table and a mani-pedi area.

Outdoors is a 1,600-sq-ft outdoor dining terrace which overlooks the heated 20' x 40' pool with diving board and sun loungers. Causal seating provides an idea spot for sundowners and don’t forget a dip in the hot tub, for the ultimate holiday relaxation.

The villa enjoys membership at Half Mon Golf, Tennis and Beach club, giving you access to the exceptional facilities and beach at Half Moon. Golfers will be delighted to know that there is also Rose Hall golf membership included, giving access to both Cinnamon Hill and White witch golf courses (White with is closed until November 2022).

Montego bay also offers history, culture, and wildlife. Rockland’s Bird Sanctuary is a wonderful, small business that’s been going strong for 60 years. In a relaxing and serene atmosphere, in a quaint patio garden, you will get to feed the hummingbirds and the finches, while watching other birds come to feeders. The Luminous Lagoon is a magical place full of microorganisms called dinoflagellates, which glow. At night, the lagoon sparkles and glistens, a fact that continually attracts visitors and scientists from around the world.

The Belvedere estate also draws in tourists from every area, one of the first sugar cane plantations in Jamaica and is still a working estate. It's owner, Mr. Pat McGann has opened it to the public so that the estate may share it's natural beauty, rivers, waterfalls, ruins and exotic plants with tourists and the public.

Please be aware that Jamaica is an island nation that experiences weather patterns dictated by the Atlantic Ocean to the north of the island and the Caribbean Sea to the south of the island. Getting There

Jamaica has two international airports, Donald Sangster in Montego Bay and Norman Manley, Kingston.

From the US:
There are many direct flights with Jet Blue, Caribbean, Delta, American and United from cities including New York, Chicago, Miami, Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston and Philadelphia.

From the UK:
There are direct flights to Montego Bay from Gatwick and Manchester with American Airlines, British Airways or Virgin Atlantic. Glasgow and Belfast passengers can also fly via the US with United Airlines.

Older children and teens alike, will have plenty to occupy themselves at the villa and on the adjoining grounds. If your child enjoys water and swimming, then this is a perfect pairing, fantastic large swimming pool and some stunning beaches nearby too.

A fantastically equipped gym for some of the tweens/teens who are already keen on working out as well as a large assortment of multimedia facilities, including multiple Apple TVs, cable TV, giving younger guests a collection of things to keep them entertained.

Furthermore, this entire property uses a Sonos sound system, which creates a truly captivating atmosphere when watching TV, listening to music or playing your favourite games (brought in).

Good Hope Estate
Kids are guaranteed to enjoy a day out at the Good Hope estate. Located on the grounds of a former plantation about an hour’s drive from Bambu, Good Hope offers lots to do across its sprawling 2000-acre grounds. Kids can choose between nature trails, zip-lining, river tubing or spending time at the zero-entry waterpark. The Good Hope waterpark features six wading pools, waterslides and a 50ft waterfall to splash around in.

About 20 minutes away from Bambu, in the heart of the Jamaican woodland, you’ll find the rivers waterpark designers have tried for years to emulate with their lazy rivers. Villa Staff included at this property :
A full-time dedicated chef, butler, housekeeper, personal laundress and night watchman attend exclusively to your villa.

Complimentary Driver (12 or 14-seater van) for 7-night bookings.  Gas is an additional cost.

Your cook will handle grocery shopping and meal preparation. They will pre-purchase your first few meals plus pantry staples, then finish the week's shopping after meeting with you. At week's end, they will present receipts for all food and beverage and reconcile your account. A typical grocery budget is $65-$75 per adult per day and $20-25 per day for preteens. This may vary up or down depending on market prices and menus.(more luxurious items such as shrimp, lobster, imported meats and Champagne will incur a further charge). 

Your cook will also pre-purchase a small starter bar (a few bottles of Red Stripe, moderately-priced wine and rum). Additional alcohol requests will increase your budget. If you wish to go to the various markets with them, you are welcome. Otherwise, simply review your tastes and distastes with them and they'll handle it all while you stay at the villa and relax.

A nanny can be arranged for an average of $12 per hour. Guests should plan to add approximately $20 per day for food for their nanny.

Please note that all extras are subject to availability and must be requested in advance of the holiday (prices on request). Due to some rural/remote locations, not all services will be available at all properties. However, we will always do our best to fulfil your requests!

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit £2000 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.

Departure time Check-out 11.00 a.m.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen, bath and pool towels are included in the rental price.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in rental price.
Internet access? Yes, Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price (please remember that Wi-Fi can be inconsistent in the Caribbean)

Other 2 The villa has Rose Hall Golf membership. Located at Rose Hall, Cinnamon Hill and White Witch are both 18 hole championship golf courses just 5 minutes away by car. Kindly note the White Witch golf course is currently closed and will not reopen until November 2022. Membership includes green fees, caddies are mandatory and at extra cost.
Damage Waiver Bookings to this property will incur a non-refundable 'Damage Waiver' of $149, to be paid by the guest.
Other Ts and Cs Christmas and New Year’s balances are due 120 days prior to travel. Thanksgiving is 90 days, and the rest of the year is currently 60 days.

Villa Conditions
- Bedrooms will be allocated dependent upon ‘Number of Guests’ at the time of Booking. Any unused Bedroom(s) may not be available to Guests.
- A 50% Client Deposit may be requested during Festive Bookings.
- A obligatory Gratuity rate of 15% of the overall booking is due to be paid to the Staff before departure. Please plan to pay in Cash (US Dollars or the local currency).
