Overview
Arc En Ciel, where your views from most corners of the house are spectacular, especially from the infinity edge of your swimming pool! Make sure to soak up scenes of the Caribbean Sea, incredible Pitons mountains and lush, tropical gardens. Bliss!
As you approach the entrance to Arcs En Ciel, you feel the wow factor before you reach the front door. The building itself is quite beautiful and designed as a series of pavilions connected by verandah. The look and feel of a traditional Caribbean plantation house oozes from every arched, shuttered window and wooden railing. Inside, you’re greeted by a large open plan lounge and dining room, full of old-world grandeur and style. The dark wood floors, rich furnishings, potted palms and ceiling fans leave you in no doubt of the luxurious holiday in store at Arcs En Ciel, for up to ten guests and more!
The tropical dreams continue in the five bedroom suites. All delightfully decorated, with three on the first floor and two on the ground floor, the rooms feature both ceiling fans and air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms with bath and shower, entertainment systems and private sun decks for your very own, personal sunset and sunrise moments. You will find that the living area has been well-appointed with sublime furniture, which will contribute to a more relaxed stay. Two of the sofas are able to be converted into bedding options, thus raising the occupancy possibilities of Arcs En Ciel.
The Master suite boasts incredible views of Petit Piton, especially from the bath tub or shower, where your vista is uninterrupted, thanks to a floor to ceiling window wall. You also have a private swimming pool and sun deck, surrounded by an enclosed garden. How utterly indulgent! Bedrooms two and three are doubles, whilst rooms four and five feature two single beds and open directly out onto the main pool deck. The Media room is available to be converted into a bedroom, in order to accommodate more guests.
You’re spoilt for choice when it comes to outdoor dining and sunbathing terraces. All guests can easily find their ideal spot for soaking up the sun, snoozing and chilling out. Leading from your lounge area, you can opt to dine al fresco on your extensive terrace. From here, in addition to being served delicious dinners by your resident Chef, you can feast your eyes on one of the most spectacular views in Saint Lucia; the sparkling Caribbean Sea and World Heritage Site of The Pitons.
Move down another level in Arcs En Ciel’s incredible gardens, and discover even more entertainment terraces, a covered patio and the fabulous private swimming pool. Ornamented with viewing deck, sumptuous sun beds, lush tropical plants, a bridge, cave, waterfall and infinity edge, you’ll feel like you’ve arrived in paradise. From this gorgeous pool area, the views out to sea are divine, as is the shade from the palm trees and covered terraces. Lawned areas lead off towards beautifully tended gardens and you also have a casual dining terrace, bar and television room. Privacy, relaxation, tranquillity and good times are assured.
Despite the seclusion of Arcs En Ciel’s opulent location, you’re wonderfully close to Sugar Beach and the charming town of Soufriere, making this villa a perfect base for exploring Saint Lucia’s south western corner.

Location
About the surrounding area of Arcs En CielThe Pitons are two towering peaks, which rise from the shoreline like sentinels, guarding the lovely town of Soufriere below. This dramatic and naturally distinct landmark has been granted World Heritage site status by UNESCO. Arcs En Ciel is found between the peaks, on the highly sought-after stretch of land called Beau Estate, where some of the island’s most luxurious homes can be found. As a result, you have several visitor attractions within easy reach.
The nearest stretch of sand to Arcs En Ciel is Sugar Beach. As sweet as it sounds, this pristine curve of white sand and clear sea is fringed by palm trees and the exclusive Viceroy Resort, which is your access point. Head here for peace, quiet and sunbathing bliss within St Lucia. Alternatively, you can grab your mask and snorkel and travel a short distance up the coast to Anse Castanet Beach. Reputed as having some of the best snorkelling sites just off shore, this Caribbean haven of sea, sun and sand is the perfect place for beach lovers and those wanting to explore beneath the waves.
The Pitons Waterfalls can be found on the road out to Jalousie Plantation and is a picturesque mix of manmade pools, natural streams, underground thermal springs from the Soufriere volcano and cascades of warm, irresistible water. You can take a dip in the pools and shower in the waterfalls.
Just one mile east of the town centre, Diamond Falls and Botanical Gardens make a delightful day out. Set in the grounds of an old estate, the variety of tropical flowers, plants and trees is amazing, and creates a pretty setting for walks and picnics. You can benefit from the therapeutic effects of Saint Lucia’s natural hot springs yet again at the public pools here. This source was originally discovered by the troops of King Louis Sixteenth of France in 1784.
For that perfect ‘cocktails at sunset’ moment, try the sun terrace at Ladera Resort, nestled between the two Pitons. Order a cocktail and watch as the sun descends towards the horizon between the peaks, creating an enchanting, natural spectacle. If you decide to stay for dinner, the resort’s restaurant, Dasheene, is renowned for its contemporary, Caribbean cuisine.

About the Island & Getting There
About St Lucia
The Land, The People, The Light – St Lucia’s motto couldn’t be more representative of this captivating sovereign island nation. Witness dazzling scenery, be spellbound by the fascinating locals and allow for St Lucia to brighten your day and show you a new way to life.
St Lucia gained its independence from the British Commonwealth in 1979 and after centuries of a French presence, which is most visible today in the original Capital of Soufrière, St Lucia is famous for its Pitons & landscapes and vivacious community.
St Lucia really is a hiker’s Nirvana! Where to start? That’s a tough question. However, with the likes of - The Diamond Botanical Gardens, Enbas Saut Waterfall Trail, Pigeon Island National Park, Sulphur Springs Park Scenic Drive and Tet Paul Nature Trail – it doesn’t matter! These UNESCO listed sites are a sight to behold. If you're likely to take to the water, you'll be able to admire the rich marine biodiversity just off the shore of St Lucia. Over 60% of the marine area is made up of coral reefs and these are very poular with snorkelers and scuba divers. Just make sure you put time aside to relish these privileged land & seascapes.
Start your cultural trip downtown in Castries. Here you will be provided with more than enough entertainment for an afternoon and evening. The local Market runs throughout the week and is certainly the right place to come for exotic fruits and tantalising Street Food - the Green Fig & Salt Fish is local delicacy and it's not scarce, so perhaps try a few variants on this regional intricacy and let us know which is your favourite! The vendors are incredibly animated, so expect a show to be put on if you choose to explore this part of the island and brush up on those haggling skills. La Place Carenage and Point Seraphine are very popular Malls and if you bear in mind the added incentive of these complexes being Duty-Free, you and your guests will certainly get some good deals (A taxi back to your villa after such an excursion is suggested!).
Many holiday makers are surprised to learn of St Lucia’s rich cocoa legacy. Ever since the 1700’s this island has been producing cocoa related products, that are incredibly sought after all across the world. Morne Coubaril Estate and La Dauphine Estate specialise in showcasing how plantations use to gather & manufacture the Cocoa Bean fruit and organise educational tours. After learning all about St Lucia’s former booming cocoa industry, you will probably need some therapy…how about chocolate therapy like you’ve never encountered before? Enquire at some of the islands more renowned Spas and you’ll be able to experience the benefits of a chocolate facial and massage. Remember - Chocolate isn’t a food, it’s a medicine!
We have selected some of the most exciting villas on the island, so browse through these dreamy holiday homes and have a look at our cheeky little guide to St Lucia!

The Complete Experience
The most breathtaking views imaginable! Amazing villa and even better staff.

Gorgeous and so unique!
We absolutely loved our stay at Arc En Ciel – we were so sad to leave. The staff treated us like royalty and we had the most wonderful stay. The villa was gorgeous and so unique in a very private and peaceful location. We walked over to The Sugar Beach most days to the beach and have cocktails. But we loved to just lounge by the pool also. It was a great stay and I hope we get to return some day.
Don't miss out! Reserve now and get a full refund if you change your mind within 48hrs.
