Found within the exclusive Cap Estate community, Brise De Mer is a luxury, private villa and pool. Enjoying a waterfront location at Saline Pointe in the north of Saint Lucia, Brise De Mer sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms and is especially ideal for extended family groups.
Spread across three levels and with four bedrooms, your accommodation is both generous and stylish. You’ll find the master suite and first bedroom on the top floor and both feature king size beds, en-suite bathrooms, colonial-style white timbered ceilings and private balconies. With the balconies, come the beautiful views of the sparkling sea and tropical coastline. A third twin bedroom is also located on the top floor. If preferred, these beds can be converted to a king and this room also boasts an en-suite bathroom.
Down on the lower floor and with private access from the pool deck, two of your guests can enjoy their own space within the self-contained apartment. Comprising a double bedroom, bathroom, open plan kitchen-dining-living space, plus bar and patio area, this is where grandparents, grown up children or late-night revellers can do their own thing!
The middle floor is where you have your fabulous, light and fresh living quarters. A spacious lounge connects easily to your dining room which then leads on to your kitchen. Brise De Mer’s delightful spaces insist on sharing good times with family and friends and relaxing and dining together. The décor nods to Colonial influences, with whites with cool blues contrasting with natural woods and plants. Your kitchen is very well appointed, and the sociable breakfast bar is for lazy starts to the day and pre-dinner drinks after sundown.
Despite Brise De Mer’s delightful interior, the real wow factor is waiting for you outside. Choose any of the French doors leading out from the living or dining area, and step onto your verandah. The high ceiling, tiled floor and intricately carved eaves are startling white against the deep blue sky and intense afternoon heat. Sit here with morning coffee, relax with an unhurried lunch or gather around the bar for a celebratory drink as the sun sets. Your view, of course, is breath-taking. Your eye stretches across the Caribbean Sea, out to Pigeon Island and along Anse Du Cap beach. How wonderful!
At the end of the verandah, take a few steps down to discover Brise De Mer’s fabulous pool terrace. This gorgeous outdoor space is totally private and within sight of the sea. Roman steps lead you down into the cooling water of your private pool and you can swim your way through the day, surrounded by family and friends. Lie back on one of your sumptuous sun beds, soak up the view and congratulate yourself on choosing Brise De Mer. Tropical plants and beautiful flowers make up your lush backdrop and umbrellas cast welcome shade for snoozing or reading.
Anse Du Cap beach is a short distance away, and you’re surrounded by the exclusive golf course, restaurants and amenities available within Cap Estate.

About the Island & Getting There
About St Lucia
The Land, The People, The Light – St Lucia’s motto couldn’t be more representative of this captivating sovereign island nation. Witness dazzling scenery, be spellbound by the fascinating locals and allow for St Lucia to brighten your day and show you a new way to life.
St Lucia gained its independence from the British Commonwealth in 1979 and after centuries of a French presence, which is most visible today in the original Capital of Soufrière, St Lucia is famous for its Pitons & landscapes and vivacious community.
St Lucia really is a hiker’s Nirvana! Where to start? That’s a tough question. However, with the likes of - The Diamond Botanical Gardens, Enbas Saut Waterfall Trail, Pigeon Island National Park, Sulphur Springs Park Scenic Drive and Tet Paul Nature Trail – it doesn’t matter! These UNESCO listed sites are a sight to behold. If you're likely to take to the water, you'll be able to admire the rich marine biodiversity just off the shore of St Lucia. Over 60% of the marine area is made up of coral reefs and these are very poular with snorkelers and scuba divers. Just make sure you put time aside to relish these privileged land & seascapes.
Start your cultural trip downtown in Castries. Here you will be provided with more than enough entertainment for an afternoon and evening. The local Market runs throughout the week and is certainly the right place to come for exotic fruits and tantalising Street Food - the Green Fig & Salt Fish is local delicacy and it's not scarce, so perhaps try a few variants on this regional intricacy and let us know which is your favourite! The vendors are incredibly animated, so expect a show to be put on if you choose to explore this part of the island and brush up on those haggling skills. La Place Carenage and Point Seraphine are very popular Malls and if you bear in mind the added incentive of these complexes being Duty-Free, you and your guests will certainly get some good deals (A taxi back to your villa after such an excursion is suggested!).
Many holiday makers are surprised to learn of St Lucia’s rich cocoa legacy. Ever since the 1700’s this island has been producing cocoa related products, that are incredibly sought after all across the world. Morne Coubaril Estate and La Dauphine Estate specialise in showcasing how plantations use to gather & manufacture the Cocoa Bean fruit and organise educational tours. After learning all about St Lucia’s former booming cocoa industry, you will probably need some therapy…how about chocolate therapy like you’ve never encountered before? Enquire at some of the islands more renowned Spas and you’ll be able to experience the benefits of a chocolate facial and massage. Remember - Chocolate isn’t a food, it’s a medicine!
We have selected some of the most exciting villas on the island, so browse through these dreamy holiday homes and have a look at our cheeky little guide to St Lucia!
Prior to Booking
Please be aware that St Lucia is an island nation that experiences weather patterns dictated by the Atlantic Ocean to the north of the island and the Caribbean Sea to the south of the island. This tropical rainforest climate results in the island experiencing a hurricane season, which usually occurs between June to November. When thinking about booking your holiday to St Lucia, please consult Foreign travel advice for more information.

This view is a million bucks!
Brise de Mer was an amazing place to stay during our trip to the Gorgeous island of St.Lucia. We went there with a couple of our friends from 4 to 9 July 2018. At Brise de Mer we were received warmly by Lucy who was ready with rum punch to welcome us! The rooms and bathrooms were modern, clean and well furnished. From every room in the house and from the balcony you have a terrific view of the Caribbean ocean and Pigeon Island. This view is a million bucks! The private pool was so inviting my husband went swimming right away. Pigeon Island is only a few miles away and is worth visiting. Fort Rodney and a short hike to Signal peak were refreshing. Wild lemongrass grew everywhere on the hill tops of Pigeon Island!

Breathtakingly Gorgeous
We had an absolutely beautiful time in Saint Lucia. Brise de Mer was breathtakingly gorgeous. When we walked into the house, we were speechless. The staff was phenomenal and extremely accommodating. Margarete was a great resource; she was instrumental in helping plan our stay. We arrived in the middle of night and didn’t have a chance to go to the grocery store. When we woke up the next morning, Lucy had brought us bananas and bread, using her own money, very thoughtful. The gesture caught us by surprise. Pleasantly surprised, of course.
Don't miss out! Reserve now and get a full refund if you change your mind within 48hrs.
