On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious garage that accommodates up to three cars, alongside a fully equipped laundry room. The first floor is an open workout area which also doubles up as an entertainment room, with a games console and a table football table, it looks out over the sparkling Adriatic Sea!
The second floor is where Villa Rora truly shines. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas create a perfect space for socialising and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and a dining table that seats eight. Step outside onto the expansive terrace to enjoy alfresco dining, lounge in the sun, or take a refreshing dip in the heated infinity pool. The terrace also includes sunbeds, a fireplace, an outdoor shower, and fabulous views.
On the third floor, four elegantly designed double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, await. With Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout and thoughtful amenities like a lift and hairdryers in every room, Villa Rora ensures you’ll have everything you need for a luxurious stay. Additional cleaning and meal services can be arranged upon request for an extra charge.

The villa itself provides a spacious environment where children can enjoy the heated infinity pool, outdoor seating area, and terrace while parents relax nearby; please be mindful of children playing as there is no fence around the pool. The open-plan layout inside ensures there’s plenty of room for family time, and the garage space can be used for stowing bikes or other equipment for outdoor fun. A cot and highchair are also available for the youngest members.
