Ideally situated in Puntinak, within a ten-minute drive from the charming village of Selca, Casa Cos is an elegant seafront villa with seven bedrooms and a private swimming pool on the Dalmatian island of Brač. The recently renovated villa boasts an abundance of contemporary charm, offering modern home comforts and stunning panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea.
You can enjoy a refreshing dip in the swimming pool or take in the enchanting ocean vistas as you sip a freshly brewed coffee. If a refreshing afternoon swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea takes your fancy, Casa Cos provides guests with direct access to the ocean, while the secluded shores of a pretty pebble beach are only five hundred metres away. On the terrace, guests will also find a covered dining area and a traditional Dalmatian grill.
The lower ground floor of the villa features a spacious double bedroom with a well-appointed kitchenette and a modern en-suite bathroom. A convenient laundry room and the villa’s private wine cellar are also on this level. Meanwhile, a bright and airy mezzanine floor offers two more welcoming bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a beautiful en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom is a twin room with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the sunny terrace, furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, where guests can enjoy a leisurely breakfast with views of the surrounding villages, islands and the shimmering turquoise sea.

The main square of Selca is home to an imposing neo-Romanesque church, often called Brač Cathedral, while a sunny afternoon spent wandering along the narrow streets of Selca gives visitors a chance to encounter traditional stone facades, local shops and excellent restaurants. Intrepid explorers will love hiking to the island’s famous dragon’s cave, roughly five kilometres from the lively town of Bol. This ancient cave temple near the tiny village of Murvica is home to unique carvings and rock sculptures, believed to have been created by a fifteenth-century friar, which includes angels, fantastical animals and a roaring dragon. Stunning!
Stunning, gorgeous, quiet and brilliantly managed. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Plenty of outdoor space in and out of the sun. Brilliant paddleboarding, kayaking and of course swimming directly from the dock. Close to Andy who runs the mountain e-bike shop and the bike trails are SUPERB. So couldn't recommend more highly!
