Sutivan Beach House I can be found right against the gently crashing waves of the Adriatic, lies this immense home. Finished in light hues of cream, this home stands stylishly with the surrounding nature and horizon, in a summery blur of blues, greens and white.
In the garden, there is a private pool which glistens under the hot afternoon sun, tempting all guests with a cool, splashing respite away from the sun. This is an area for all to enjoy, whether it is enjoying the beach view from the edge of the infinity pool, splashing with the children or simply sunbathing with a good book. Also found outside is an al fresco dining area & a built-in barbecue, seducing visitors with the promise of mouth-watering food and stunning views.
Moving inside the home, the luxurious modern style continues across both floors. The downstairs is directly accessible from the garden via the large open plan living, kitchen and dining area. This cleverly designed space is multifunctional yet still maintains the relaxing vibe which is felt throughout the home. The living area is complete with a cosy sofa, a perfect place to enjoy the garden views without surrendering to the suns hot rays.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms meaning this luxurious home can sleep a total of eight guests. The bedrooms are comprised of sumptuous, cosy beds, and they all feature stylish en-suites as well as balconies. This means that guests are only ever a few steps from absorbing the beautiful views outside!
The modern details throughout the home make this a truly opulent place to stay and its location really offers the best for all guests. Days here can be spent poolside, on the beach, exploring the delights of Brac or even venturing further afield to more Croatian adventures.
Sutivan Beach House I is situated next to two other similar villas, which also have three bedrooms and can sleep up to eight guests. Brac, simply put is an island located in central Dalmatia. Interestingly, it’s actually the highest of the Adriatic islands due to the Vidova Gora which stands at a staggering 778 metres, something the locals are very proud of. Visitors can reach the highest point by car or on foot, it makes for a wonderful day out and offers unrivalled views of the sea and nearby islands.
Brac is probably most famous for its white limestone, olive oil and Zlatni Rat. The limestone here is still sought and this can be found at the islands only active quarry, this stone has been used throughout the whole of Dalmatia and Croatia, for hundreds of years. Also exclusive to Brac is the famed olive oil which comes from a very rare type of olive grown in abundance on the island, all visitors should definitely be tasting this! Finally, Zlatni Rat is one of Croatia’s most famed beaches, it’s located in Bol which is one of the liveliest parts of the island and is simply perfection, the waves of the warm Adriatic are nestled against a pure white shore of sand and pebble, truly is a remarkable place to visit.
Away from the beaches, Brac offers a taste of authentic island life, including amazing local eats and drinks, fresh seafood is available every day and meals are of local produce. There is a lot of history to discover here, traditional architecture can be found throughout the villages, especially Skrip, the oldest island settlement. For those visitors seeking more adventure there are plenty of things to do including water sports, diving, hiking and frequent ferries to the nearby islands.

Luxurious house
There is plenty of space to relax and the kitchen has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the showers are good and strong! The pool is nice clean and clear and ideal if you want to relax.
