Sutivan Beach House II is right on the edge of the island of one of Croatia’s most popular destinations, nestled right against the soft sands of the shoreline lies this truly stunning villa. Guests are literally just steps from the sand itself and can enjoy the views of the horizon from many areas throughout the home.

The villa itself is set across two floors, with a chic staircase connecting both levels. The upper level is home to the bedrooms, of which there are three, where a total of eight guests can sleep comfortably. This is the perfect size for larger families and even friendship groups. There are two bathrooms accompanying these sleeping areas. The bedrooms are all finished in a chic, minimalist style with large comfortable beds, framed by light walls creating a plain space, perfect for guests to truly relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the island. Also found upstairs is a small terrace which overlooks the stunning blue horizon beyond.

Downstairs is dominated by a thoughtfully planned open plan space. This is where guests can enjoy dabbling in Croatian cuisine in the well-equipped kitchen, but also still socialise with those lounging in the living space before coming together around the large dining table to start or finish the day with a big, family meal. Of course, there is a further dining area outside where guests can dine under the setting sun, a beautiful way to end the day.

Sutivan Beach House II’s garden space, complementing the al fresco dining area there is also a barbecue, tempting all guests with a summer evening party or an afternoon sampling of Dalmatian barbecue. Away from this area, there is a private pool which will no doubt prove popular with all visitors, where one can splash, swim or sun all day long!

Sutivan Beach House II is situated next to two other similar villas, which also have three bedrooms and can sleep up to eight guests. These villas can be rented in combination with one another, so check out Sutivan Beach House I & Sutivan Beach House III if you are a larger group and want to be close to one another.

Brac, simply put is an island located in central Dalmatia. Interestingly, it’s actually the highest of the Adriatic islands due to the Vidova Gora which stands at a staggering 778 metres, something the locals are very proud of. Visitors can reach the highest point by car or on foot, it makes for a wonderful day out and offers unrivalled views of the sea and nearby islands.

Brac is probably most famous for its white limestone, olive oil and Zlatni Rat. The limestone here is still sought and this can be found at the islands only active quarry, this stone has been used throughout the whole of Dalmatia and Croatia, for hundreds of years. Also exclusive to Brac is the famed olive oil which comes from a very rare type of olive grown in abundance on the island, all visitors should definitely be tasting this! Finally, Zlatni Rat is one of Croatia’s most famed beaches, it’s located in Bol which is one of the liveliest parts of the island and is simply perfection, the waves of the warm Adriatic are nestled against a pure white shore of sand and pebble, truly is a remarkable place to visit.

Away from the beaches, Brac offers a taste of authentic island life, including amazing local eats and drinks, fresh seafood is available every day and meals are of local produce. There is a lot of history to discover here, traditional architecture can be found throughout the villages, especially Skrip, the oldest island settlement. For those visitors seeking more adventure there are plenty of things to do including water sports, diving, hiking and frequent ferries to the nearby islands.
