As you enter the ground floor, you are welcomed by a bright and airy open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, and the dining table comfortably seats ten, ideal for family meals or entertaining guests. Adjacent to the dining space is a playful playroom, complete with a football table and PlayStation, ensuring fun for all ages. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort.
The villa’s living and kitchen areas are split-level, both featuring glass doors that open directly onto the terrace. Outside, enjoy the private swimming pool, sunbeds for lounging, and a cosy seating area perfect for unwinding under the sun.
