Known for its incredible beauty, Brac is the largest island amongst a collection of isles just off the Dalmatian Coast. Situated to the south of the county, Brac sits close to the mainland and the fabulous city of Split. A stay here will see you in idyllic settings, with a wealth of exploration and things to do, eat, see and drink all around you!
For a more built-up scene, head to Pučišća, a small village under 5 kilometres from the villa. Stonemasonry has been a tradition that this village has excelled in, passing it down through generations. Superior craftsmanship is on display amongst the stone houses and buildings throughout the town. You will find supermarkets and stores to grab anything you need or take it easy on chilled nights, with drinks in the bars that line the streets and seaside. You can walk along the pier and dine at traditional restaurants, serving delights from the Dalmatian coast. Don't forget to try lamb specialities and seafood, cuisine the village is known for!
Just over fifteen minutes away, you can have a day of beachside fun at Lovrecina Beach. As well as basking in the sun on the sandy cove, beachgoers can retreat to the shade of pine and poplar trees that surround the stretch of sand. The waters here are crystal-clear and inviting, providing more space for guests to swim around in if the private pool at home gets too small. You can grab a drink, snack or meal from the cafe and restaurant behind, which is prized for its fish and meat dishes! If you want a break from all the beach fun, head over to the remains of the St. Lawrence basilica from the 5th and 6th century and take a step back in time!
