Villa Valechka is a beautiful, modern villa perfect for relaxed holidays away with family or friends. This contemporary property is surrounded by Mediterranean greenery and is located just a short walk from the beach so you can take a dip in the sea anytime that suits! The villa is situated in the somewhat isolated area of Makarac in Milna on Brac Island; this tranquil area can only be accessed by a stone track, so it offers peace, which is great if you are looking for an escape from busy, everyday lives!
The interior of Villa Valechka offers bright and airy rooms with a laid-back atmosphere. The furnishings are modern and stylish, offering ample space for everyone to socialise comfortably. The kitchen, dining and living area is open plan, with patio doors opening directly onto the terrace so you can easily move between the inside and out. The dining table can comfortably seat eight diners, so everyone can enjoy long evenings together with some home-cooked food and local wine. There is also a bathroom and an elegant single bedroom on this floor. Up a graceful staircase, you will find three further bedrooms all with modern en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms share a terrace that overlooks the picturesque surroundings and views of the crystal-clear ocean.
Step outside Villa Valechka and you'll find a dreamy outdoor space, complete with a spacious terrace, a private swimming pool, and comfortable sunbeds for basking in the Croatian sunshine. Adjacent to the villa, a covered terrace with a large outdoor dining table is perfect for al-fresco living. The property also boasts a stone barbecue and an outdoor kitchen, allowing you to make the most of the Croatian climate all day long. With local restaurants and shops just a short drive away, Villa Valechka offers the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience, making it an ideal base for exploring the picturesque area and the surrounding islands and towns.

About the surrounding area of Villa ValechkaVilla Valechka, a mere 140 meters from the beach, is a haven of tranquillity. The villa offers views of the surrounding area and the glistening seas, creating a peaceful and quiet ambience. Nestled in a semi-isolated area of Makarac in Milna on Brac Island, this tranquil spot can only be reached via a stone track road, ensuring the utmost peace. It's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, a place where you can truly relax and unwind.
Despite its proximity to Split, Brac is less touristy than the glittering island of Hvar further south. Make sure you try some of the olive oil on the island. The olives are of a rare variety called buhavica, and there are over a half-million trees! Famous for the Zlatni Rat beach, which is known to be one of the most beautiful beaches you can visit and a real gem on the island! Should you wish to explore the island and its surrounding areas, fully guided professional tours, boat transfers, rentals, and dinner reservations can be organised. The immediate area is better suited to those looking for an escape from the more touristic areas of Croatia, as there are fewer restaurants and bars nearby. However, should you wish to spend a day exploring the racier pace of life, then Supetar and Bol are not so far away across the island, and there is always the option to take a boat to Split or the famous islands of Hvar and Korcula, where you can see a different side to the area. Brac Island itself offers ample activities and sites to keep you entertained. The glistening sea water is perfect for swimming or diving if you choose to explore the island from underwater!

Older children and teenagers will no doubt relish the opportunity to have their own space in one of the double bedrooms, each equipped with an en-suite bathroom, so all guests can enjoy some privacy. Even the youngest guests have been catered for, with cots and high chairs available upon request so you can rest easy knowing your little ones are sleeping safely.
Given that Brac enjoys over 130 clear days a year, you really should make the most of the ample outside space that Villa Valechka has to offer. The private swimming pool will provide hours of splash-filled fun, and the spacious terrace offers plenty of space to run around and play. And when a siesta is calling, a large covered outdoor seating area provides space to relax out of the heat of the sun, or head inside and unwind on the comfy sofa in the living area.

Lovely Villa!
A lovely villa, very clean and well equipped. The pool was great, and well maintained and gets sun throughout the day. There is plenty of room to eat inside or out, and there is a bbq grill facility available. The villa is a little way from Milna the nearest town - not really walkable - and so a car is recommended so it is easy to go for dinner. The larger supermarkets are in Supetar which is a 30min drive so would recommend shopping en route to avoid an extra journey. Local ones are fine for bits but very limited for meat and things like English breakfast tea! The nearby cove (5 min walk) is beautiful and great for sea swimming and snorkelling. We watched the sun go down and swam before returning to the villa for dinner. We had a fabulous stay and would come back!

Great Villa!
Great villa for the family. Perfectly described and looked after. We loved the quietness, the very short walk to the bay and the quality of the villa itself. Milna is walkable for those who are fit. Great venue.
