Inside, the air-conditioned ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a kitchen island, and a dining area with a fireplace. The terrace offers beautiful sea views, with an additional outdoor dining space. Just a few steps down, the living room features a sofa that converts into a bed, a flat-screen TV, Netflix, and a PS4 for entertainment. A laundry area and separate toilet add convenience to the space.
The first floor has three bedrooms: bedroom one with a queen-size bed, bedroom two with a queen-size bed, and bedroom three with two single beds. All rooms are air-conditioned and feature a TV, with views of the sea or garden. The lower ground floor is dedicated to relaxation, featuring a Finnish sauna, hot tub with pool views, and bedroom four, which has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.

What you should know…
- In the more rural areas, English is not widely spoken. Be prepared with a phrasebook, translation app or a few handy phrases.
- Although safety is at the forefront of the design of the property, it’s crucial to monitor children particularly around the pool and on the balconies.
- Please note, there is CCTV present around the exterior of the property.

Strongly recommend!
The villa was wonderful, exceeded expectations from the photos, we were a family of seven and so much room with a very modern touch - our host was very accommodating with us arriving early and we did manage to get in before the check in time. The outside area was fantastic, pool and outdoor seating lovely and spacious. A small walk to the restaurants and a great base to explore all other islands etc. We hope to visit again and stay in the villa - strongly recommend the villa to anyone visiting the area.

We have been thoroughly spoilt with this Villa. Everything was as described and it was spotless. Our host was very, very helpful and informative. The pool, hot tub and sauna were a big hit with the kids and adults alike. The bbq and outside areas are great also. An absolutely top property. 5 stars!
