Overview
Nestled near the town of Hvar lies Villa Luksuzan II. A sleek five-bedroom beachfront villa with views overlooking the coastline of the Adriatic Sea. The island of Hvar is the ideal escape. Its rocky coastline, calm waters and terracotta roofs clustered together to make this island one never to forget.
The property's grandeur is apparent from the moment you step into the entrance hall, with a sweeping staircase up to your left and basket-like lampshades that hang from above, along with the villa's internal balcony, which overlooks the reception area. To your right is a large, comfortable lounge area with woven rugs and a variety of plush seating to choose from and your very own cocktail bar! Double patio doors provide an abundance of natural light and access to the outdoor space that sweeps around two sides of the villa. The dining room is fed on from the lounge, which holds a beautifully crafted dining room table that seats ten guests.
You enter a modern kitchen and breakfast bar from the dining room, with appliances that include a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, oven and stove, and many other modern luxuries. (There is the additional option of a professional chef upon request, however, this is subject to availability and early booking.) A rich Mediterranean breakfast is included with the property to ensure you start your days with enough energy for the adventures ahead. Along with the additional cost of groceries, your other meals can be created by the optional in-house chef or you could divulge yourself in one of the many fantastic local restaurants.
The master bedroom is on the ground floor, complete with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The grandeur of this master bedroom is in the subtle details of the décor; pops of green tie in with the wooden furniture and bubble lighting fixtures. All rooms on the ground floor have access to the beautiful outdoor patio, where the comfortable seating area is arranged so you can plan your next adventures in the sunshine. A dining table and outdoor grill are nearby to enjoy alfresco dining as you watch the sunset over the Croatian coast. The villa's infinity pool and surrounding deck chairs draw you in as you hear the gentle waves of the Adriatic sea beneath you.
As you make your way back into the property and upstairs, we find all four king-sized bed bedrooms filled with cosy corners and detailed finishes. The interior of the bedrooms combines various colour combinations, bringing texture and elegance into the décor of this villa. The soft furnishings create a warm, homely space with luxury details to make you wish your stay could last forever. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and each bedroom has its own balcony with outdoor furniture so you can enjoy the sea view in peace, feeling the sea air on your face and wishing your stay could have lasted longer. Plus, the benefits of a chef, concierge and daily cleaners at your request will make this stay even more effortless.

Region
The island of Hvar stands out as one of Croatia's most enchanting destinations - a picturesque paradise that seamlessly combines natural beauty, historical charm and a lively cultural scene. The sun-drenched island’s stunning landscapes provide a picture-perfect backdrop to a whole wealth of
unforgettable experiences.
At the heart of the island is the port town of Hvar, a historic gem known for its well-preserved architecture and timeless allure. Take a wander through the traffic-free labyrinth of narrow streets, where you can soak up the charm of the island. The central square of Hvar Town is a bustling hub surrounded by centuries-old buildings and lively cafes - it’s a popular spot to enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine from one of the many cafes and restaurants. The square is also home to the imposing St. Stephen's Cathedral, a beautiful example of Dalmatian Renaissance architecture.
Overlooking the town is the Hvar Fortress, a medieval citadel with a history dating back to the 13th century. The fortress is worthy of a visit for the epic panoramic views that stretch across the town and the Adriatic Sea. The ascent is especially rewarding it at sunset, when you can watch the town's
lights sparkle below.
Heading inland just a few kilometres from Hvar Town, the village of Velo Grablje is famous for its lavender fields. Visit during the summer and you'll be treated to the sight and scent of the vast fields in full bloom. The island is also celebrated for its vineyards and olive groves, producing some of Croatia's best wines and olive oils. Many wineries and oil mills offer tastings and tours, allowing
you to sample these local delights while learning about traditional production methods.
Just a short boat ride from the harbour of Hvar are the Pakleni Islands, a group of islets renowned for their pristine beaches, hidden coves, and emerald sea. The idyllic surroundings offer a tranquil escape from the bustle of the main island, making it a favoured day trip destination. Explore hidden
bays, discover secluded beaches, and enjoy water sports in this unspoiled paradise. The uninhabited resort of Palmižana on the island of Sveti Clement is a particular highlight - a hidden oasis known for its lush botanical gardens and crystal-clear water.
For outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers, Hvar's natural beauty provides a picturesque playground. Hvar offers numerous cycling trails for both beginners and experienced riders. The island's diverse terrain is ideal for exploring the charming villages, olive groves, and vineyards on two wheels. Or for a unique perspective of the islands scenic beauty, you can experience the Adriatic up close and paddle along the dramatic coastline in a kayak, discovering coves and sea caves.
Hvar, is a Mediterranean paradise that promises an array of unforgettable experiences. Whether you're wandering through the historic streets of Hvar Town, discovering hidden coves on the Pakleni Islands, or savouring local wines and delicacies, the island offers a blend of cultural exploration, natural beauty, and relaxation that's hard to match.

You really made our stay unforgettable!
Thank you so much for everything. You really made our stay unforgettable and we couldn't be happier with the staff. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner every day and we enjoyed the wonderful meals the chef made for us. He was so polite and made sure to hear all of our special dietary requests. We also managed to visit the nearby islands such as Brac and Korcula since we rented the boat. We also had massages and private yoga lessons by the trainer that made us ready for the day! Thank you once again for being such a wonderful host!
