Overview
Magnificent sea and mountain views await you when you vacation in Villa Amora, located in the quiet residential district of Mokosica, near the historic city of Dubrovnik, on the Adriatic coast of Croatia. Villa Amora is in the privileged position of looking out to sea across the delightfully named architectural masterpiece of the Dr Franjo Summer Time Tudman Bridge. This modern, two-storey, detached villa has three spacious double bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests, ideal for a family holiday or a group of friends sharing. The villa is set on its own grounds, surrounded by high stone walls and fencing, giving it a sense of privacy and security. The grounds are home to a shaded veranda, a raised tiled terrace with a centrepiece private swimming pool, and well-maintained lush green lawns. Villa Amora has garage parking for two cars, complimentary air conditioning, and Wi-Fi throughout. The interiors are stylishly furnished with contemporary pieces and funky lighting, and decorated in a sophisticated palette of sparkling whites, contrasted with jewel colour highlights.
Enter the villa at ground floor level, with a light and bright open plan living space, with doors that give access to the shaded verandas. The seating area has two sapphire blue sofas, matching armchairs, white coffee tables, and a flat-screen satellite television. The elegant dove grey and glass-topped six-seater dining table is perfect for some impressive indoor entertaining. The monochrome and stainless steel kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest appliances you will need for your holiday. A marble-topped island with amethyst bar stools is the hot spot for breakfast. Take the stairs to the first floor, where you will find three well-appointed bedrooms with double beds, spacious wardrobes, and wrought iron Juliet balconies with sea or mountain views. There is a shared white marble bathroom with a glass-fronted walk-in shower, hand basin, WC, washing machine, and those must-have complimentary toiletries.
Access the outdoors, where you will find a sea view, a soft seating set, and six seater dining table snuggled under a shady veranda. Take the stairs to a raised tiled terrace with a heated step-entry swimming pool, surrounded by inviting royal blue sun loungers. Billowing white curtains enclose a second soft seating area where you can lie back, relax, and catch up on this year’s best seller. Cool off under the outdoor shower with a handy WC and wash basin. Catch rays on the lush green lawn as you look at a cloudless Croatia sky.
