Villa Arta is a stunning, unique property located in Dubrovnik's most elite and private residential neighbourhood in walking distance from the historic old city of Dubrovnik. Overlooking the Adriatic sea, the beautiful island Lokrum and the historic old city, the villa is surrounded by cypress trees and wonderful gardens, the ideal place for relaxing and exploring the beauties of Dubrovnik.
The interiors of Villa Arta are modern, stylish and extremely well considered. With contemporary furnishings, mixing with the easy-going style of the villa, the atmosphere is one of laid-back luxury. All the bedrooms are en-suite throughout the villa, providing privacy and ease. On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen, tavern where guests can enjoy traditional food for a real Croatian experience. There is a bedroom with a single pull-out bed and a family bathroom also on this floor. On the first floor, you will find a stylish salon living room and a dining room. There is also a beautifully designed bedroom. The second floor offer two more bedrooms and a balcony from which you can soak in the beautiful views. On this floor there is a sauna with a shower room, and a bathroom with a luxury bathtub, a large window opens up, so you can lay back in the bath, gazing out. The attic offer the final bedroom, with bight velux windows and a reading area, ideal for book lovers!
In front of the villa there is a private garden, jacuzzi and a desirable swimming pool. The outdoor dining table and lounge chairs are perfect for living that al-fresco lifestyle. This stunning terrace is hugely romantic, overlooking fabulous views and surrounded by the beautiful city, you will be impressed.
