Fantastic house
Great location - direct access to the sea and a very fast drive across the bridge to the old town. Very comfortable and great for large families or groups of families. Incredible views. Great pool. Ocean access.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this seafront villa near Dubrovnik, and it was an absolute dream come true! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the villa's stunning location and the warm hospitality of the staff.
The villa itself is a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The spacious rooms were beautifully decorated, and the attention to detail was evident in every corner. The highlight for me was undoubtedly the pool area, offering a serene oasis to relax and soak up the Mediterranean sun. The views of the sea were simply breathtaking, and we spent countless hours just taking it all in.
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were incredibly attentive, ensuring that every need was met promptly and with a smile. Their local knowledge and recommendations for exploring the area were invaluable, allowing us to fully experience the charms of Dubrovnik and its surroundings.
The villa's proximity to Dubrovnik was a huge plus. It was just a short drive away, making it convenient to explore the city's historic Old Town and enjoy its vibrant atmosphere.

Amazing seaside villa with gorgeous panoramic views. You will get the front row view of boats and ships entering and leaving Dubrovnik Harbour, including the large commercial cruise ships! The pool will keep you cool on a hot sunny day. The private sea access is perfect for an early morning swim and snorkeling. You could even fish off of your private pier, or dock a boat or a jet ski. This beautiful house is secluded and offers a lot of privacy, but yet it is a very short drive to the Old Town of Dubrovnik and other local attractions and sightseeing opportunities. The entire property has a lot of character and offers the perfect blend of traditional local architecture and modern amenities. Landscaping is lush and well manicured. There are several fruit trees on the property. There is also a private wine cellar which is kept fully stocked at all times. The host is very accommodating and welcoming and she will make sure that your stay is pleasant and relaxing. The property keepers are also available daily and maintain the property clean and tidy.

The villa's location is on the sea, with panoramic views across the bay, and in the evenings you can watch the sun set. It is stunning. Each floor has a terrace to enjoy coffees and cocktails. The villa is immaculate and well stocked - it has everything that you need. It is light and cool and you can hear waves crashing all the time. It's beautiful. The hosts are on hand via Whatsapp or a telephone call to answer any queries.
The location is a short and inexpensive Uber to Dubrovnik old town and Ubers / taxis are easy to get.
There are a LOT of steps, but it's worth it as the villa has its own pool, terraces (where we did yoga) and a neat private jetty into the sea.
The villa also has a wine cellar - what more can you need?
