The property is divided into two units, both exclusively reserved for your enjoyment. You'll find the timeless allure of a century-old stone house, complete with exposed wooden beams, harmoniously coexisting with the modern comforts of the main house.
With four inviting bedrooms, three well-appointed bathrooms, and a myriad of delightful amenities, the villa comfortably accommodates up to ten guests. As you enter this delightful retreat, you'll be greeted by a heated pool, the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the Croatian sun. And if you're in the mood for some indoor fun, the dedicated "Fun Zone" awaits. You'll find an array of entertaining amenities at your disposal, including free WiFi, PS5 gaming, billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, two swings for the kids, and even eight mountain bikes to explore the beautiful surroundings.
To add an extra layer of uniqueness, in front of the secure parking area for up to four cars stands a remarkable 150-year-old stone house, Alibeg's Tower, a protected cultural gem owned by the same proprietor.
