Villa Neda is a newly built 5 star property, nestled in the beautiful Croatian countryside, surrounded by endless forest creating the perfect peaceful escape. This modern and spacious villa sleeps 10 throughout 5 bedrooms, and boasts an incredible outside space which perfectly compliments this attractive property.

The ground floor consists of a very comfortable and stylish living room with sofas and a dining area large enough for the entire villa. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and complete with breakfast bar. The large living space features a TV, and is carefully furnished to the highest quality. It also boasts stunning views of the outside area and countryside with large panoramic doors.  There is a separate play area with a pool table, table football and darts for endless hours of fun. Downstairs is the first of the king-size bedrooms complete with stunning newly fitted en-suite bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

Following the sleek wooden staircase, upstairs you’ll find three more king size bedrooms each with modern en-suites. Bedroom three also features a sofa bed and optional baby cot for extra sleep space. The fourth upstairs bedroom comprises f 2 single beds and beautifully placed balcony to enjoy many peaceful hours taking in the impressive surrounding views. There is a family bathroom complete with a massage bathtub (big enough for two) and a washing machine. The décor is stylish and modern throughout the villa, leaving you feeling pampered and rested.

Moving outside you'll find the most impressive part of the villa. The patio provides a shaded outdoor dining area, with views of the entire garden. Moving down the few steps, you’ll find the large heated pool with step access, adorned with modern and comfortable beds to bask in the sun. To the left is a slide, swings and wooden house as well as a separate trampoline for children to enjoy. The pool is lined with beautiful foliage and an authentic stone wall. Towards the bottom of the exterior is a grassy area, complete with a wooden seating and dining area, nestled next to the large rustic BBQ.Perfect for dinner on warm summer evenings, especially with the cosy ambient lightning surrounding the area.

Villa Neda is located near Imotski in a village named Poljica. The villa itself is located in a very quiet area offering absolute privacy and a direct connection to the unspoilt nature of Dalmatian countryside. There are  walking and cycling trails in the countryside, a supermarket within a short walking distance, a bakery less that 3k away and traditional restaurants and food less than 10km away.

Imotski is a unique and picturesque town, and its lakes are its most famous natural designs and are an important part of Dalmatia’s tourist map. And this is not where Imotski water world stops. The river Vrljika is unique too. A sinking river that goes under 5 different names stretching 70km. Or visit one of Imostki's vast lakes for uninterrupted views.

The landscape of this entire region of Imotska has inspired countless folk tales. A rock, cave, or a sinkhole is never only that because within the local people’s imagination they are home to fairies, angels or cursed rulers.

Only a 20 minute drive away, tucked at the edge of the warm and crystal clear Adriatic Sea, you'll find Baska Voda. Once a farming and fishing town, this idyllic spot is now for beautiful beaches, traditional restaurants and amazing scenery. This is definitely an outdoors destination, created for exploration. Visit the nearby villages of Bast and Topici,known for their artisan cheeses, prosciutto and bread. Take an easy walk to Promajna and the little fishermen's village of Bratus.
A short day trip away is Split, and a huge collection of family-friendly excursions for everybody to enjoy.

The villa is nicely equipped for children. The indoor play area with a pool table and a football table can create hours of entertainment, as well as televisions and WiFi. There is a child’s cot and high chair to accommodate young children. Moving outside, there is a grassy area, and children’s play set inclusive of slides, swings, a wooden playhouse and trampoline.

The nearby countryside are great for family walks and exploring the beautiful terrain.

The beautiful nearby beaches are a perfect day out location, littered with cafés, bars and restaurants, there is plenty to fill a day. Furthermore, the impressive lakes and waterfalls of Croatia are close by, a short car ride or often included on a planned excursion. Here you can explore the wilderness and see some spectacular natural views with your family, keeping the kids active. Close by, Red Lake is a sinkhole containing a karst lake. It is known for its numerous caves and remarkably high cliffs, reaching over 241 metres above normal water level and continuing below the water level.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €400 charged to client’s credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental price. Please bring your own pool towels.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in rental price.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price
Minimum stay 7 nights across May, June, July & August, 5 days for the remainder of the year.
Changeover day Saturday across June, July & August, any day for the remainder of the year
