This stunning, architect-designed, one-storey villa has two superb ensuite double bedrooms and can accommodate up to six guests, four adults and two children. Ideal for a family holiday or a group of friends’ get-together. The property is set in its own fenced-in grounds, with beautifully manicured lawns, surrounded by tall, mature trees. There is a centrepiece heated swimming pool, and the star of the show is a separate mini spa. Villa Averie comes with all the mod cons, including complimentary air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout, underfloor heating, satellite TVs in all the rooms, and private parking for two cars. The Istrian Adriatic coastline is populated with family-friendly beaches, many with organised facilities and a selection of beach activities. The nearest beach is a thirteen-kilometre drive away, highly recommended is Girandella, with its crystal clear waters in which to swim and snorkel and a selection of adrenalin-inducing water sports for your older kids.
Villa Averie is in the heart of the Croatian countryside, near to hiking and biking trails, horseback riding schools, and quad biking tours, where your children can sample a flavour of the local flora, fauna, and culture. Nearby, the town of Labin, with its narrow streets, old buildings, shipyard museum, and a fortress with a view, is well worth a visit. The resort of Rabac has sandy shores, beach volleyball, stand-up paddle boarding, pedal boats, and boat trips to the island of Cres.

Wonderful Holiday!
We had a wonderful holiday in Villa Averie! Everything looks exactly like the pictures!!!! The complex consists of two identical houses built next to each other. Both houses are completely separate from each other and fenced. Although the houses are next to each other, you have your privacy and are not disturbed. The location is very quiet and close to nature, you are undisturbed here and can enjoy the peace and quiet. The equipment of the house is very high and you can feel immediately with what attention to detail Danijela has thought through and furnished everything. Danijela has been more than just a host to us! If we had any questions, she contacted us immediately and our well-being was really important to her. We can really only recommend these holiday homes and will definitely come back!

Our stay here was amazing. All the luxury you need and want during a holiday. The location is very nice. A small drive to the beach and/or supermarket. The hosts are very kind. Our kids love this place and we will come back for sure.
