With the lively Istrian capital of Pula only fifteen kilometres from the villa and the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea less than a twenty-minute drive away, Villa Gigi is the perfect place to soak up the warm Croatian sunshine whilst enjoying a relaxing and rejuvenating retreat with your loved ones.
Begin each day on the villa’s peaceful terrace, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the swimming pool, which includes hydromassage and counterflow features, or unwind on a poolside sun lounger with a freshly brewed cup of coffee and a good book. The terrace offers plenty of space for an afternoon of family fun and games in the sunshine while an outdoor shower lets you cool off. The pool area also features a convenient WC. Later on, gather everyone together for a delicious barbecue at the covered dining area, the ideal spot for a glass of Istrian wine at sunset.
Upon entering the villa from the terrace, guests will find an elegant living space with an open-plan layout. Everyone can come together to discuss the day’s adventures over a homecooked feast in Villa Gigi’s charming dining area, which flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen with a range of modern appliances. The ground floor also boasts a welcoming double bedroom with a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A separate WC is also located on the ground floor. The villa also offers guests a luxurious wellness area with a shower, a jacuzzi-style bath and a Finnish sauna.
Villa Gigi’s first floor offers two more double bedrooms, each boasting a flat-screen TV, a well-appointed en-suite bathroom with a shower, and direct access to a balcony with outdoor seating, ideal for a leisurely breakfast in the morning sunshine or a romantic glass of wine under the stars. Each of the villa’s three bedrooms is fully air-conditioned.

However, with a treasure trove of beaches and seaside towns just a short drive away, beautiful Istria lies waiting to be discovered!
The Adriatic coastline offers endless safe and well-maintained beaches to discover. Rovinj is the ideal spot for those after a day of water sports, with stand-up paddleboarding, snorkelling and sailing excursions all on offer. Or pack a picnic and head to the nearby shores of Peroj Beach, where everyone can spend the day dipping in and out of the warm, crystal-clear waters.
Intrepid explorers will love Brijuni National Park, where they can hop on the open-air electric train and take in the wondrous sights of the safari park, including native Istrian animals such as sheep and donkeys and exotic animals like zebras and llamas! Later, the whole family can rent bikes to explore the endless trails the park offers or relax by the water before visiting the dinosaur footprints near the safari park.

Wonderful holiday!
The house was as well equipped as in the pictures, modernly furnished, very clean and in a quiet location. The outdoor area with pool was our highlight. We spent most of our time here, thanks to the pool heating we could use it at any time. The hosts are super friendly and accommodating. If we needed anything they were immediately on hand and we spent 2 lovely evenings with them. We would come back at any time and can only recommend the house. Thanks to the hosts!

Dream home!
Practically new dream house in a secluded, absolutely quiet dream location. A few small things are still to be finished, but nothing that would disturb the stay. Very nice landlord, who live right next door.
