Spread over three floors, connected by an internal elevator, this opulent four-bedroom villa with breathtaking sea views offers an unforgettable experience for a relaxing spa getaway. One floor is entirely dedicated to its spa and wellness facility. Featuring an indoor pool, a sauna, fitness equipment and a day bed, it is a perfect place to relax and rejuvenate.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living area decorated in an elegant and tasteful style using high-end fixtures and tasteful artwork that is both contemporary and pleasing to the eye. The seating area is equipped with a large, plump, comfortable sofa, wall-mounted flat-screen television, built-in shelves and occasional tables. To one end is the dining area with a modern table and eight comfortable chairs. Conveniently placed next to the dining area is the kitchen. Fully equipped with sleek black units and a food preparation island, it has everything you need to cook up a storm! Also on this floor is an internal staircase and an elevator.
Outside on the ground floor is a beautiful pool deck with a pool, sun loungers and an outdoor lounge area.
Offering breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea, this is a perfect place to relax and unwind during or at the end of the day. Picture yourself here with cocktails watching the sun set on yet another glorious day. Also on this level is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and dining table that comfortably seats eight.
Moving to the first floor, you will be astonished and delighted to find a fully equipped spa and wellness centre. This area has been designed with indulgence and relaxation in mind. You will find an indoor pool, sauna, shower day beds and spectacular sea views here.
Bedroom one is a twin room with an ensuite bathroom. Tastefully decorated, it has two single beds, walls adorned with modern art and access to a terrace with sea and hillside views. The ensuite bathroom is fully tiled and spacious. It features a wet-room shower with a refreshing rainfall showerhead, a vanity unit with a basin and mirror, a bidet and WC. Bedroom two has a double bed looking out to the terrace equipped with lounge furniture and has stunning sea views. The spacious ensuite bathroom has a shower, his and her basins, WC and a bidet. Bedroom three is a double-aspect ensuite room with a window that boasts hillside views and doors open to a terrace with sea views. The ensuite bathroom is equally spacious with a wet-room style shower, refreshing rainfall shower head, his and hers basins, bidet and WC. Bedroom 4 is a twin ensuite room.
This amazing villa has undercover parking for at least two cars and open-air parking for several more.

- Many of the beaches in the area are pebbled, and it is advisable to have strong beach shoes.

About the surrounding area of Villa JelicaNestled on the coastline between the charming coastal villages of Brsec and Medjeva and only 4.3 kilometres from the beach, Villa Jelica is a perfect spot to base yourself to experience both historical Croatia and the natural world.
Brsec has a pebble beach and is ideal for swimming and sunbathing. The crystal clear waters and peaceful atmosphere make it a perfect place to start your day out. The main village is in an elevated position and enjoys sweeping vistas of the sea and nearby islands. A medieval village that exudes charm as you wander through its narrow cobbled streets. You will feel you have stepped back in time while admiring the well-preserved stone houses and ancient city walls. The village's highest point is St. George's church, which dates back to the 15th century, and its stunning bell tower can be seen far and wide.
If you're feeling energetic, there are plenty of nature walks that start in Brsec, allowing you to enjoy the scenic countryside and the region's natural wonders.
More recently, Brsec has become a haven for artists, and you will be sure to spend many a happy hour wandering through the narrow streets admiring local work in the many art galleries.
Slightly further afield, you will find the city of Pula, the largest city on the east coast.
