Overview
Standing tall on the bay-side, overlooking a sublime scene of calm waters and quaint, traditional Croatian homes in the distance, Villa Natulia is a thoroughly perfect holiday home for groups of both friends and family!
You will enjoy total comfort in your time here, with full air-conditioning, central heating and of course free, fast Wi-Fi throughout the whole property. There are two separate apartments within the villa, each with their own kitchen and dining area, so they’ll be no arguing over what’s for dinner or what’s on the television! Ideal if a couple of families/groups each wanted some privacy. Both kitchens are fully equipped with everything you might need to cook up a storm when the mood strikes, but if you’d rather leave it to the professionals, there are many fantastic eateries within walking distance, including one (very highly rated!) restaurant just up the road, so you’ll certainly never go hungry! The living areas are incredibly spacious, both indoors and out, with large sofas and dining tables on all levels, so there are plenty of options when it comes to meal times or simply curling up in front of the television after a busy day exploring.
There are five bedrooms including one king, two queens and two double beds distributed across all three floors, as well as two sofa beds, one in each living room. The top is a two-bedroom apartment with a separate key. The bedrooms are all spacious, modern and simply stunning. The beds are ornate, high-quality and elegant, much like the rest of the furniture in all of the rooms. All five are incredibly bright and airy thanks to the large windows and exterior doors which both access the fantastic balconies beyond, and allow a refreshing breeze of cool sea air to wash through the interior space. There are four bright and pristine bathrooms throughout the villa, ensuring there’ll be no waiting around to shower in the morning.
By the delightful 4x8 metre swimming pool there are plenty of sun loungers on the decking area, as well as a sofa-swing and casual seating area on the veranda overlooking the pool and sea, so you’ll be sure to be comfortable and content as you relax in your private garden filled with gorgeous flowers and lavender bushes! A barbecue area outside offers you yet more options when it comes to meal times. There is even a ladder into the sea, so essentially your own private piece of sea with the clearest water you'll ever see!
Exploring the local area couldn’t be easier, with a private beach area out front from which you can stroll to the town!
What you should know…
- Although there are two sofa beds available, we would recommend these are used by children as they may not be to every adult’s tastes!
- Rent at least a compact car as it is very windy and roads are steep and narrow! Preferably opt for a confident driver and don't arrive in the dark!
- Those travelling with very young children should keep an eye on them around the pool as it’s not fenced – fortunately there are some very comfortable vantage points from which to do this!
- Bring insect spray as there tend to be quite a few bugs and watch out for the odd sea urchin in the sea out the front!

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa NatuliaThe fabulous town of Sevid is the perfect base for family or friends who wish to make the most of the sublime Dalmatian coastline. It is incredibly well placed to access nearby sites of interest, including towns, national parks and historical sites, whilst also enjoying a calm, tranquil and quiet environment. During the day you can walk 10 minutes across the rocks to get to the bay area where you can find some shops and a mini mart. Please note, this walk challenging, so would not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
Amazingly, the villa is only about 30 minutes from Split airport, making it ideal for the holiday-maker who likes to settle in quickly and not waste time in transit! The town of Split itself is less than an hour away and is certainly worth a visit. Diocletian's Palace, the true heart of Split, is a fantastically preserved Roman monument with UNESCO World Heritage site status! Flourishing with activity, enjoy a stroll through the many independent shops, cafes and restaurants in the day time, and be sure to return in the evening, when the winding streets and narrow avenues come alive with music and chatter! The bars come in all shapes and sizes and can be found tucked away among the trees, through secret doorways and hidden in tiny passageways.
To experience the surreal natural beauty of the area, be sure to visit the Krka National Park, only about an hour’s drive away, and if you have the time – the Plitviče Lakes National Park, about two and a half hours away, is a haven of sparkling turquoise lakes joined across 16 terraces by powerful, beautiful waterfalls. And for a sunny day out on the water, take a ferry from to one of the hundreds of islands of the Adriatic Sea, some of which you can actually see from the villa!

The quaint coastal town of Rogoznica, situated between the vibrant cities of Split and Šibenik, is a paradise for those seeking a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life. With its idyllic setting, inviting beaches, and a good dose of history and culture, Rogoznica is the perfect destination for a memorable vacation.
The heart of Rogoznica is its old town, which is a maze of narrow streets and stone buildings that date back to ancient times. A stroll through the cobblestone streets is a great way to get to know the town, taking in the charming architecture, and stopping at local cafes and shops along the way. The town is a seamless blend of old-world charm and modern luxury, and exploring on foot is a wonderful way to experience this.
One of the town's highlights is the Church of St. Nicholas, a stunning architectural masterpiece that overlooks the marina. This 15th-century church is not only a place of worship but also a symbol of the town's rich history. The nearby fortress, Gradina, is another must-visit spot. The fort offers panoramic views across the town and the turquoise waters, making it a fantastic place for photographs and a little historical exploration.
Rogoznica is known for its magnificent Marina Frapa, a world-class yacht marina and a destination in itself. Lovely villa.
It is a lovely villa in a lovely setting. Bedroom configuration is almost perfect for us!

Amazing location - stress free stay
Everything went well from the beginning to the end. We had a perfect holiday in this stunning spot. The owner, met us on arrival and showed us around, although it was all fairly obvious. He also brought us a delicious plate of apple biscuits. When we weren't sunbathing on the beautiful terrace we were swimming in the sea a few steps down from the house. If you just want to stay, there is a simple cafe bar and a small restaurant in the village. The village is a gentle walk of less than 10 minutes, or you can swim across the bay quite easily..:-))) Everybody spoke great English and the whole stay was completely stress-free.

Wonderful villa, wonderful area
Absolutely wonderful family holiday. The villa was clean and well equipped, the pool was great fun for all the family (9 of us including granny, two families both with 12 and 16 year olds). We can't recommend Croatia and this location enough. The country is spectacular and the bay where the Villa is located is ideally placed to make the most of it - we visited some small islands around, Primosten and Trogir all of which were wonderful.

Great property and location
The property is just like in the pictures. It was very clean, it had AC which was very useful, lots of kitchen appliances and they even prepared a basket of fruit, coffee, sugar and had clean towels in all rooms.
There is a lot of space outside too, it has an amazing sea view and you could hear the waves. It is quick to get to Trogir, Split or Primosten - about 15 minutes by car. It is very easy to move around by car since there are restaurants and a small market near the house but you can also walk to the village. There is also a cash point there. The food at the Restaurant nearby was really good.
Very kind and friendly host. Amazing! Thank you to all of you once again...:-) -
Magical stay at this beautiful villa - Oasis
This has got to be the best place in the world. Short walk to along a small path to town, but feels like your own private oasis. You can't get a better view to swim in a pool, our favorite was the private steps down to the sea. Swimming in the beautiful sea with amazing views all around. Heaven, we'll be back- highly recommended - could not get enough of just looking at the sea...:-)))))
