Overview
Nestled near the village Podstrana, is the modern villa, sleeping ten guests with views of the Adriatic Sea. Starting at the back of the villa, the terrace is an oasis. The pool looks out over the Adriatic Sea while sun loungers and parasols are nearby ready to relax under the sun. Ferns and greenery are scattered around the terrace. An outdoor dining table with ten chairs is ready for you to make the most out of the long sunny evenings.
Through large patio doors, you walk into a spacious open-plan living area, with the lounge immediately by the doors. A long comfortable corner couch sits by the patio doors in front of a flatscreen TV. Modern lighting above continues throughout the open-plan room. A wooden dining table is between the lounge and kitchen with ten grey cushioned chairs around all with armrests. The kitchen at the far end has wooden cupboards, matching the dining table and a dark grey granite island in the centre. Doubling as a breakfast bar, four high chairs in the same style as the dining chairs. The black granite is also repeated on the opposite countertop. The black coffee machine blends into the sides, and the kitchen also comes with all the essential appliances.
Glass stairs to the side of the room lead up to the first floor. Villa Calah’s five bedrooms are spread out over the two floors, all are light, and spacious and come with double beds and ensuites. The bedrooms are decorated with creative art walls and modern lighting. The en-suites are all luxurious with different textures framing the mirrors, sinks and walk-in shower. Upstairs the master bedroom has access to a balcony and two deck chairs. Wake up and breathe in the fresh air while looking out over the calming Adriatic Sea. On the second floor, you also have access to your wellness centre complete with sauna and yoga mats, the perfect way to start your days at villa Calah.
With plenty of local restaurants, bars and cafes, this villa offers a more relaxed approach to a holiday in Croatia. You enjoy the peace of the country while experiencing the local way of living, exploring the rocky coastline, hiking in the peaceful mountains and finding hidden gems underneath the terracotta rooftops.
What you should know…
