Plenty of natural light flows into the stylish, open-plan living space on Villa Flo’s ground floor, which features an inviting lounge area with two sumptuous sofas, a flat-screen TV and a modern fireplace. The lounge seamlessly leads into the villa’s charming dining area, where everyone can discuss the day’s adventures over a home-cooked meal, accompanied by dazzling Split and the ocean views. The bespoke kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and an island with additional seating. The villa’s ground floor also features a double bedroom with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV and mountain vistas. Next to the bedroom is a well-appointed family bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity basins.
A staircase leads from the living space to the lower ground floor, where guests will find a dedicated games room with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, a PlayStation, a billiards table and table tennis, offering the perfect excuse for a family tournament in the evening, after a day spent exploring the coastal wonders of Croatia. The games room provides direct access to the garden, where the youngest visitors can enjoy playing with a variety of toys. A convenient laundry room is also located on the lower ground floor, along with a WC.
Three spacious double bedrooms are located on Villa Flo’s first floor, each with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV and a modern en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom provides direct access to a wraparound balcony.

About the surrounding area of Villa FloFor those who wish to experience the magic of Split whilst enjoying an idyllic retreat away from the city’s lively atmosphere, the village of Klis provides the ideal base to explore the wonders of Dalmatia. Offering convenient amenities and unforgettable surroundings, Klis is home to cultural landmarks such as the imposing Klis Fortress, restaurants, bars and cafes. With the stunning beaches and crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea within easy driving distance, visitors will be delighted by all that Villa Flo’s distinctive setting offers.
Less than two kilometres from the villa, the medieval Klis Fortress is perched upon a dramatic ridge that overlooks the village below. The fortress offers spectacular views of Split, the mountains and the sparkling Adriatic Sea. Guided tours of Klis Fortress are available, or you can wander the ruins at your leisure, soaking up the sunshine and the region’s fascinating history. Later, enjoy a delicious Dalmatian dinner at Antonićin Mlin, a traditional restaurant in an old watermill with scenic natural surroundings, roughly a half-hour drive from Klis.
The largest city on the Croatian coastline, nearby Split, offers many ancient sites to explore. Marvel at the ruins of the Roman emperor Diocletian’s palace, a UNESCO World Heritage site that dates back to the late third century and was originally constructed to encompass an imperial villa, a defensive fortress and a walled town. Bring plenty of water with you during the summer months and visit earlier in the day if possible, as the fortress does not offer much shade from the sun. The ruins of the ancient city of Salona are also well worth a visit before you stop off for a family lunch at a local restaurant in Klis.
For water babies, there are exciting boat tours to coastal gems, such as the tiny islet of Biševo or the town of Komiza on the island of Vis, where intrepid explorers can discover the shimmering waters of the Blue Cave. Very modern villa with great pool
Very modern villa with great pool and lots of luxury, cozy and very private indoor and outdoor areas, tastefully decorated, fantastic panoramic views of Split, the surrounding mountains and the sea, games room (PS2, billiards) and laundry room on the lower level, large eat-in kitchen and a bedroom with shower on the pool level, large terrace and three further bedrooms (two with shower, one with bath) on the upper level; very hospitable and helpful host family with lots of valuable tips for a varied stay - in short, we really enjoyed our holiday in this Villa and felt completely at home! Ideal for 4 couples or 8 people who prefer luxurious privacy to the hustle and bustle of the beach (far away).

Mario was a great host, very responsive when needed and checked in with us a few times during the week to see if we needed anything. A stunning Villa with plenty of privacy. Only a 20 minute Uber into split city centre which were easy to get. Would highly recommend to everyone. Thanks for having us Mario!

This is, by far, the loveliest property and host we have ever experienced. Mario (the owner) went out of his way to make our stay unique and memorable. The house and outside area are pristine, beautifully and thoughtfully designed, comfortable and a pleasure to enjoy. We used the outdoor Peka oven (with Mario’s help) which was delicious and a lot of fun. The location is lovely with gorgeous views of Split and close proximity to Klis Fortress. Just a short drive to the center of Split but the home feels peaceful and private. I would highly recommend this property.

Would we stay again? Absolutely!
This was our first stay and we were a little weary as you never know what you’re going to find. But my gosh, the villa is just like the pictures. The host met us at the villa and showed us around, and how to work everything. The villa was spotless! The kitchen had everything you need and more! The bedrooms and bathrooms all clean, tidy and modern. The downstairs poole table and games console kept us occupied when the sun was too hot. The view is gorgeous! Peaceful and remote. The outside area is big enough for a family of 8 and the pool was lovely and kept clean by daily visits while we slept from the host. We hired a car so we could explore and get food shopping easily. Some of the roads to the villa were a little windy and sharp turns but overall easy to find. Would we stay again? Absolutely! And we don’t really visit anywhere twice. The host Mario was amazing! Easy to reach and always amenable. He even left us a bag of fresh cherry’s one morning. Overall 10/10

Our stay was simply fantastic
Our stay at this vacation home was simply fantastic. The accommodation is beautiful designed and well thought out down to the smallest detail .The kitchen had everything we needed and every room was clean and stylishly decorated, making our stay even more enjoyable. Furthermore, the location of the vacation home is perfect! Quiet, idyllic, yet places like Split or a supermarket are quickly accessible. But what truly made the difference was our host. His warmth and helpfulness were remarkable. He provided us with insider tips for the area and ensured that we felt right at home. His hospitality truly made our vacation unforgettable. All in all, our stay here was a real highlight. We highly recommend this vacation home and will definitely be returning!

The villa is sensational
The villa is sensational- the pictures do not do it justice! The view is incredible by day and by night. The owners could not have done more to help and make our stay as perfect as possible! And the decor and little touches just made our stay absolutely perfect! A really relaxing and peaceful stay but close enough to Split and other places which made visits to the area very easy! Thank you again - hopefully we’ll be able to visit again!!

The four of us spent 2 weeks in this beautiful villa and had the best time that you can have as a guest. we really enjoyed the wonderful location, it was quiet and we could really rest. in the evening it is not far for a dinner in split city. in terms of hospitality, the host exceeded our expectations, he was always there for us, it meant a lot to us. The Villa is spacy and very clean, the kitchen well equipped. After these great holidays, we will definitely be back. Thank you for everything, we can absolutely recommend.

Incredible place to stay. The host was extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Any questions or needs were immediately tended to. The views from the villa were stunning and the incredible pool made it a great place for a summer vacation. All bedrooms were beautiful and super comfortable, with modern bathrooms that made the place feel luxurious. The kitchen was fully equipped and felt super homely. The balconies had amazing views and were great places to eat and relax. Highly recommend this for any potential guests. I will definitely be returning.
