Located on a small hill overlooking a vast expanse of the sea, Villa Freja draws you in from the moment you arrive. This fabulous, stylish holiday home sits under 500 meters from a quiet bay, where you can enjoy an uncrowded, sandy beach perfect for tranquil summer days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Villa Freja boasts three spacious floors of contemporary living space, with friendly open-plan areas alongside cosy bedrooms. The interiors are smart and stylish, with beautiful balconies and terraces allowing you to enjoy both the indoors and outdoors.
On the ground floor, you will find two double bedrooms. One of these rooms offers an en-suite shower and a family bathroom. The last bedroom is on the top floor, boasting a king-size bed or twin beds and a sofa bed plus a stunning, private terrace with breathtaking sea views; the perfect thing to wake up to!
The whole group can come together on the first floor, where a modern, open-plan living area offers ample space to spread out, put your feet up and relax. The kitchen is well-equipped, so you can whip up some tasty, home-cooked meals, with the hardest decision being whether to dine inside or al-fresco on the terrace! This beautiful living space elegantly leads to a patio with outdoor sofas and far-reaching views. There is also a bathroom on this floor.
With the beach so nearby and a glistening private swimming pool on the terrace, there is little reason to leave the villa! Imagine waking up to the sound of the sea, strolling down for a morning swim before enjoying lunch cooked on the barbecue, surrounded by your loved ones.

About the surrounding area of Villa FrejaVilla Freja is located in the small village of Ljubljeva and is only about thirty minutes from Split airport, making it ideal for the holiday-maker who likes to settle in quickly and not waste time in transit! Several towns and villages are within ten kilometres of Villa Freja, including Marina, which has restaurants and a supermarket.
The town of Split itself is forty-five kilometres away and worth visiting. Diocletian's Palace, the real heart of Split, is an exceptionally well-preserved Roman monument with UNESCO World Heritage site status!
To experience the surreal natural beauty of the area, be sure to visit the Krka National Park, only about an hour's drive away, and if you have the time – the Plitviče Lakes National Park, about two and a half hours away, is a haven of sparkling turquoise lakes joined across 16 terraces by powerful, beautiful waterfalls.
And for a sunny day out on the water, take a ferry from one of the hundreds of islands of the Adriatic Sea, some of which you can see from the villa!
