Comprising a main building over two storeys and charming outbuildings, this home has undergone meticulous recent renovations, adhering to local preservation guidelines to safeguard its period details and materials.
The ground floor unfolds into a welcoming living space adorned with sofas, an armchair, and a Smart TV, surrounded by exposed stonework and a tiled floor. A dining table complements this area, fostering a convivial atmosphere for meals. A built-in kitchen with an adjacent dining space is perfect for culinary endeavours. The lower floor also houses a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and stylish tiles.
Ascend the feature staircase to discover two bedrooms upstairs—one double and another set up as a day bed, easily convertible to a double. These rooms share a modern bathroom and lead to a terrace boasting enchanting views of the old town.
