Three beautifully appointed bedrooms await, each outfitted with a king-size bed, TV, and air conditioning to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The ground floor also boasts two well-appointed family bathrooms—one with a relaxing bath and washing machine, the other with a refreshing shower.
The villa's internal staircase leads to the first floor, which is not open to guests; further up is the second floor, which is at parking level; you’ll find another open-plan living and dining area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen. Here, you can enjoy meals together or simply relax in the comfort of your surroundings. Two additional bedrooms are located on this level—one with a king-size bed, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom, and the other featuring a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with a TV and air conditioning for your comfort. A family bathroom with a shower and washing machine is also conveniently located on this floor.
Step outside to discover your own personal oasis. The ground floor terrace features a private swimming pool measuring 7.5 x 3 metres, surrounded by sunbeds and parasols, perfect for soaking up the Mediterranean sun.
