Villa Natali is a stunning four-bedroom, four-bathroom property boasting heated swimming pool, gym and children’s play area. Located above the picturesque town of Podstrana, it offers spectacular sea views, and panoramic views of the Island of Brac, it is surrounded by lush Mediterranean plants such as pine and olive groves. Only 200 metres from the beach and 10 kilometres from the famous town of Split, Villa Natali is perfect for relaxed family or friend gatherings. Spread over two floors, this amazing villa can accommodate up to 8 people. Fully air-conditioned with free wi-fi throughout, there is also access to a private plot on the beach to ensure you get the most out of your relaxing break.
Starting outside, you will immediately be struct by the breath-taking views from the pool terrace. Imagine splashing in the large heated swimming pool whilst looking out to sea. The sun deck has eight loungers, all facing the sea so you can relax, enjoy the view or soak up the sun with a good book. A few steps from the pool and sundeck will bring to a terraced outdoor dining area with traditional barbecue and lounge area from which you can watch the amazing sunsets. For the very youngest visitors there is also a small playground with a swing, slide, climbing frame and ride on toys.
The ground floor living area can be accessed from the terrace and is beautifully furnished, in a modern contemporary style. A plump L-shaped sofa overlooks the sea through the glass doors, but also faces a rustic brick wall with mounted television. A large dining area has a dining table that seats 8, a breakfast bar with three bar stools leads to the sleek and well equipped kitchen. On this floor is a separate cloakroom with toilet and basin next door to a laundry room fitted with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment.
Bedroom one can also be found on the first floor. Light, bright and airy, it has a king size double bed, ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and wall mounted television. Patio doors open to views of the olive grove and surrounding area.
Moving up to the first floor, reached by internal staircase, you will find three further bedrooms and the gym.
Bedroom two has a king size double bed, a light and spacious ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and wall mounted television. Patio doors lead to a terrace with amazing sea views.
Bedroom three has a king size double bed. It too has a large ensuite bathroom with shower, wall mounted television and stunning sea views.
Finally, bedroom four has a king size double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and views of the olive groves.
The gymnasium is well fitted with a treadmill, multi-functional training machine, Pilates ball and yoga mats. Imagine how amazing it would be to work out and still enjoy the stunning sea views.
What you should know…
- Surrounding beaches are beautifully clean with clear blue waters. However, the shoreline tends to be quite pebbly and good water shoes are recommended for your comfort.
- In order to visit the amazing attractions locally, a car is recommended. Villa Natali has parking for up to four cars with video surveillance.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa NataliPodstrana is a picturesque town just 10 kilometres from the city of Split. It consists of five villages, all of which have truly amazing landscapes. From mountain peaks and the southern slopes of Perun, to the crystal blue sea and beautiful beaches of the Adriatic and to the banks of the river Zrnvnica. Rich in cultural heritage, and the lure of local gastronomy, it is no wonder Podstrana has become an elite suburb of Split.
The 6 kilometres of beaches are very popular with families. Most of them are pebbled with small sandy areas, but the crystal clear waters more than make up for this.
The whole of Dalmatia is well known for its cuisine, and everyone knows that the Mediterranean diet is amongst the healthiest in the world. Using local fresh ingredients including lots of fish, vegetables and olive oil you will be sure to find something to suit everyone.
Approximately 15 kilometres away is the town of Omis. Here you will find everything you need from stores, banks, cafes and restaurants. Known for its long sandy beaches it is a popular spot for families. The Omis Riviera with its cobbled streets and architecture will appeal to everyone as it evokes and aura of bygone days. Historically this area was the home of sand harvesters and great shipbuilders together with belligerent pirates!
For the adventurous traveller there is so much to do, from Kayaking, white water rafting, bungee jumping to rock climbing. Omis also offers a one of a kind adventure where you can experience zipping across the Centina River Canyon 150 metres above ground level.
For those of you who like to explore, the city of Split is just 25kms away. Here you will find so much to see and do. The Old Town of Split is a maze of cobblestone streets and lanes surrounding the Diocletian’s Palace. Built in 305 AD the Palace is one of Split’s must see attractions. In the heart of the Old Town, you will find the People’s Square full of cafes and restaurants a perfect place to escape the midday sun. For those of you who like to walk, Marjan Hill to the west of the Old Town is full of trails crisscrossing their way over the peninsula. Stroll up to the top of the Hill to enjoy spectacular views.
Just outside the city you will find the Putlj Winery offering tours and tastings. If a trip to the winery is not your thing, we would recommend a visit to the Zinfandel Wine Bar in the Old Town of Split to enjoy amazing food, great wine and amazing atmosphere.

Younger children will be entertained in the playground area with swing, slide, climbing frame and sit and ride toys. With your own private beach area just 200 metres away, children of all ages could not fail to have a great time.
The nearby city of Split is a place that really delivers the goods for kids. Here you will find an aquarium, a semi-submarine, Segway tours and a huge play zone at Poljud Stadium. Look out for Froggyland, Split’s unforgettable frog museum. Znjan beach with its bouncy castles and paddle boats is another attraction not to be missed.
Harry Potter fans will love visiting Split. They will recognise the cellar in the Diocletian’s Palace where Deanerys kept her dragons. Also, a filming location for Game of Thrones, Split can’t fail to entertain.
Nearby Omis is another playground bound to impress the most adventurous of children. The list of what’s on offer is endless. Boat hire, hiking, cycling, rafting, canoeing or horse riding, paint balling, zip lining. So much to exhaust them, but in a good way.
