Nestled in the lush Mediterranean landscapes of Split in Croatia, Villa Stipe is an idyllic four-bedroom holiday retreat for ten. Located in the quaint village of Podstrana, it’s surrounded by fragrant groves of pines and olives. From thrilling water sports to scenic hikes and historic sites, you’re spoilt for choice.
Spread over two floors, the villa greets you with a luxurious outdoor deck. One of the most striking features of the villa, it boasts a heated 38sqm infinity pool, with a counter-current swimming program and chlorine-free system.
Bask in the comfortable sun deck, teeming with two patio swings, an outdoor TV and relaxing lounge chairs. An al-fresco dining table with BBQ is perfect for cosy family meals, against a gorgeous backdrop of the Adriatic Sea.
On the ground floor, the sprawling living area is furnished with dewy white walls, clean lines and soothing modern design. A comfy silver-grey sofa is a perfect spot to unwind before a flat screen TV with surround sound. Multiple, large windows allow abundant natural light, and offer panoramic views of the scenery.
Enjoy hearty meals in the indoor dining area, and make most of the villa’s office desk and Wi-Fi, provided for those working remotely.
Whip up homemade recipes in the kitchen. Open-plan and roomy, it has glossy countertops and modern cabinetry. It’s fully-equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, and two refrigerators. One of these has an ice maker and cold water. A 6-seater indoor dining table is ideal for intimate family meals. Large, sliding glass doors connect the kitchen to the pool and outdoor dining area.
The first bedroom is on the ground floor, with two single beds that can be combined into a king-size. It also has a flatscreen TV and easy access to the bathroom with shower on the ground floor.
An elegant spiral staircase takes you to the remaining three bedrooms on the first floor, each with beautiful sea views. All three have king-size beds, ensuite bathroom with shower, flatscreen TV and access to a shared terrace.
End your day relaxing in the media room — also on the first floor. Perfect for young ones, it has a flatscreen TV, PlayStation 5, Wi-Fi and a sofa-cum-bed.

- Kids must be under parental supervision, especially near the pool area.
- While the villa offers a variety of facilities, make sure to check with the staff for those with additional charges.
- The staircase inside the villa may not be suited for the elderly or guests with special needs.

About the surrounding area of Villa StipeBlessed with a symphony of landscapes, the village of Podstrana comprises rugged mountain slopes, turquoise blue seas and the sandy banks of Zrnovnica river.
Water sports junkies can enjoy kayaking, snorkelling, windsurfing and water skating. Sign up for guided hiking tours to Saint George Church on top of Perun Hill. Explore a charming horse farm and man-made waterfall along the Zrnovnica River.
Podstrana teems with a variety of local taverns, restaurants and pizzerias. Don’t miss the region’s seafood, peka, black risotto and Pag island cheese.
The villa is only 10 kms from Split, the second largest city in Croatia. Game of Thrones fans are in for a treat as it is one of the cities used as a backdrop for the show. Organised tours are available if you want to learn more about your favourite scenes.
Split is also a treasure trove of ancient Roman architecture, with the Palace of Diocletian being one of its major attractions.
A UNESCO World Heritage site, the palace served as a summer house as well as military camp for Emperor Diocletian. See the masterworks of Ivan Mestrovic, one of most revered sculptors of the 20th Century, at the Ivan Mestrovic Gallery.
