Set just outside the central areas of Split, in a peaceful residential area, lies this homely holiday villa. This home can sleep up to eleven guests across five bedrooms! Each bedroom has been detailed and finished to a high level to offer guests the best comfort.
The ground floor is home to one of these bedrooms, as well as the kitchen and bathroom. The first floor is home to the remaining four bedrooms, all finished with comfortable double beds; two rooms even feature a terrace, a beautiful location to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset or stretch and get some fresh air as the sun rises.
The kitchen downstairs features a cosy cooking area as well as a breakfast bar; parallel to this is a massive floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door which lights the entire kitchen diner area. These doors lead onto a lovely al fresco dining area with a large dining table and a neighbouring fireplace, where guests will enjoy a glass of wine on those cooler evenings warmed by the fire and the sun's fading glow.
The outdoor area is detailed with relaxation in mind. There is a generous pool and even Roman steps to provide easier access to all guests. Around the pool are some very wealthy sun loungers and some well-placed seating areas offering shade, sun and dry areas for those not so pool-inclined.
When the mood strikes, there are plenty of things to do, all within a short distance. The nearest beach is around 300m away, and the nearest restaurant is under a kilometre away, an excellent excuse for a stroll down the beach to try some authentic Dalmatian fare.
What you should know…
- There is private parking on the property, however the villa is walking distance to amenities and only four kilometres from the airport, so a car is not needed.
- The pool is accessed by Roman steps.
- It’s also worth noting that the pool has no fence surrounding it, so younger guests should be monitored at all times.
