Overview
Boasting a breathtaking beachfront location and an incredible heated infinity pool, Villa Frane is an unmissable villa for a large group of friends or family, just 10 minutes from the airport!
These interiors exude a classical elegance, with traditional patterns and fabrics throughout, complementing a range of contemporary comforts. Your kitchen is expansive and thoroughly modern, providing guests with the space necessary to prepare everything from a light breakfast to a hearty dinner, and there’s a lovely dining table at which to enjoy it. Right beside this is an L-shaped sofa which stretches the full length of the room, flooded with warm, natural light thanks to the three sets of French doors which surround the room. This open-plan design is perfect for gathering the whole group together for quality time, whether dining, chatting or simply watching the TV. And for really switching off, unwinding and experiencing a full-body rejuvenation there’s a sauna and a jacuzzi available too! If you’re more of an active relaxer and find your peace in a good work-out, there’s a gym here for you as well!
There are seven sumptuous bedrooms to choose from, six with king-size beds, one with both a double and a single bed, perfect for guests travelling with a youngster. Several of the rooms feature garden or terrace access through huge patio doors providing stunning sea-views, and many have a wall-mounted TV and/or an elegant dressing table. All of the eight beds have majestic headboards that demonstrate the elegance and charm of this superb property. Several also feature fabulous en-suite bathrooms, with six bathrooms in total between the seven rooms, all with marble tiling throughout and walk-in showers.
Your garden is certainly a highlight of this sublime property, with a huge, heated infinity pool stretching the width of it. With loungers all around it, this is the perfect place to soak up the sunshine in the most exquisite environment! There’s also a casual seating area here, and the jacuzzi is just to one side, with a swinging sofa pod to the other. The garden absolutely comes to life by night, as perfectly positioned lights flick on and warmly light the elegant space, creating an atmosphere of opportunity.
What you should know…
- A road runs alongside the bottom of the garden, separating you from the beach
- Be aware that neither the sofa nor the indoor dining table can seat all guests at maximum capacity – but there’s plenty of space on the terrace, with dining for 14 on the alfresco table

Trogir, located on the central Adriatic coast, is an exceptional destination that has enchanted visitors for centuries. This historic town, with its stunning architecture and rich cultural heritage, stands as a testament to Croatia's enduring allure. Trogir's roots trace back to ancient times, and its history is a captivating tapestry that unfolds at every cobble-stoned corner. As you stroll through Trogir's
winding streets, you'll encounter layers of history etched into its very foundations.
Well-preserved medieval walls encircle the old town, which lies on a small island connected to the mainland and the island of Čiovo by bridges. The old town is listed a UNESCO World Heritage site, as the best preserved medieval town in Central Europe - as you enter through the city gates, you are stepping into a time capsule of history.
The Cathedral of St. Lawrence, a magnificent example of Romanesque-Gothic architecture, is a testament to the rich heritage of Trogir. Its imposing façade, adorned with intricate stone carvings, is a masterpiece in itself. Inside, you'll discover a stunning interior that beckons you to marvel at the skill and craftsmanship of the artisans who worked to create this sacred place.
The Kamerlengo Fortress, originally constructed by the Venetians in the 15th century, looms above the town's skyline, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Adriatic. This formidable structure speaks of Trogir's role as a stronghold in the region's tumultuous history.

Here, the sparkling waters of the Adriatic serve as the backdrop for a leisurely meal, creating an unforgettable dining experience. The coastal promenade, along with its bustling harbour, is a captivating evening walk as the sun sets behind the horizon.
For those seeking a more hands-on connection with the sea, Trogir has an array of water-based activities on offer. Sailing is a popular choice in the region, with numerous charter companies providing opportunities to explore the stunning nearby islands and coves. The clear waters of the Adriatic are absolutely perfect for swimming, snorkelling, and diving, allowing you to discover the region's rich underwater world.
Trogir's cultural calendar is brimming with celebrations, festivals and events showcasing the regions’s charm. From the vibrant Trogir Summer Festival featuring concerts, theatre performances, and art exhibitions, to the traditional Donkey Race, which is a delightful and unique experience that children will love.
