This fantastic villa is organised in a way that allows guests to take in the stunning sea views of the Seget Donji, at every opportunity. Comfort and luxury are running themes throughout this property, and no expense has been spared. On the upper floors, you will find three stylish bedrooms.
Each bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and a beautiful sea view. One bathroom has a jacuzzi where you can relax after a whole day of exploring Trogir. Guests can wake up to the gorgeous views on offer in every bedroom, and enjoy a relaxing breakfast outside.
The contemporary lounge provides a comfortable communal area indoors, and the open-plan kitchen features plenty of prep space and state-of-the-art appliances. The kitchen/living area opens directly out to the pool area, meaning guests can cook al fresco, serving up on the sublime outdoor dining area, finishing with a glass or two of wine whilst taking in the incredible sea views that this villa has to offer. The large heated swimming pool and sun lounge area offers incredible sea views; the beach is just 300 meters from the villa, where water-lovers can snorkel in the crystal clear Croatian sea to their hearts’ content. Just 2 miles away from Seguet Donji is the historic town of Trogir, or as many call it: “museum town”. Trogir is small medieval-architecture-packed town surrounded by water, and is famous for its numerous historical monuments including: old town core, fort Kamerlengo, St. Marko fortress, the Blessed Ivan Orsini sculpture, St. Jeronim chappel, Cipico palace, renaissance church of St. John the Baptist, the portal of Radovan. Guests can also visit the waterfalls of Krka National Park, as well as the medieval city of Sibnek and its magnificent Renaissance Cathedral. Best Suited For: All AgesSeget Donji: There is no shortage of activities for children. There are playgrounds, sailing, diving, snorkelling, kayaking, rafting and jet skiing. In Seget Donji there are various boat trips that are suitable for families and young children, where you can visit the different bays around the island, swim in the crystal clear waters and stop off at numerous beach bars and restaurants.
Activities in Trogir: The historical city of Trogir attracts thousands of tourists every year, all wanting to take in its mix of Renaissance, baroque and Romanesque buildings. Trogir’s Old Town was voted best city-island in the world by National Geographic in 2015, so it is not a place you want to miss! Kids will enjoy venturing around the Kamerlango Castle, and swimming in the beautiful waters of Pantan beach. The Cathedral of St. Lawrence is a Roman Catholic church that was constructed in the Romanesque-Gothic style; for 3.5 euros, you are able to visit the inside of the church and also climb to the top of the bell tower. Boats are also readily available for hire in Trogir, allowing anyone to take a beach-hopping excursion around the island.
Guests can also take a boat trip to the famous Blue Cave. The speedboat ride from Trogir to the Blue Cave takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, and dolphins are frequently encountered during the journey. Time spent in the Blue Cave is something that you will certainly remember for a lifetime; with its startling blue light and luminescent waters, it's easy to see how the Blue Cave earned its name, and is an incredible attraction for both adults and children.
Activities in Split city: Visiting Split Diocletian palace city centre is one of must do kids activities to explore this 1700 years old town. If the kids are not too small, take them to the top of Cathedral of St.Duje bell tower. Renting a bike in Split is a great way of taking in the sights of Split city; visit Marjan hill for a picnic or take a ride to one of the beautiful Split beaches. For small children, you can ask for an additional child’s seat or rent an electric bike.
There is also a local Segway tour agency in Split, which requires that all riders have to be at least 15 years of age.They organize four types of tours, Grand tour, Special tour, Private tour and Short tour stating from €30 to €65.
The best deal is Split private tour that lasts two hours visiting not only historical locations and sights but the locations such as Bene beach, wine-shops and many others.
