Villa Vrsine is a charming four-storey, five-bedroom villa with a pool in the attractive village of Seget Vranjica. Spread over four floors, this stunning villa has an outdoor and indoor ground floor area. It boasts a swimming pool, sauna, access to the sea, a first floor with a family kitchen, dining and living area, and two self-contained suites. On the second floor, there are two beautiful bedrooms. The attic has a fully self-contained studio flat with a bedroom, living area, kitchenette and bathroom.
Reached by an external staircase, the ground floor of this fantastic villa is exclusively reserved for relaxation and fun. You will find a well-planted mature garden with a heated swimming pool here. The modern pool features a waterfall, massage or counter flow. It is surrounded by sun loungers and comfortable armchairs for everyone’s comfort. To one side is a fully equipped summer kitchen with a barbecue, stove and refrigerator, perfect for lazy lunches and Dalmatian specialities. The shady dining area is ideal for enjoying good food, drinks and company. Also, you will find an outdoor fireplace and sauna on this level. You will find a cosy room with sofas, a TV and table football.
A step through the courtyard door will take you to a small flat rock area with sun loungers, shade and access to the beautiful azure Adriatic Sea. Thanks to the twinkling decorative lights, the garden is transformed into a fairy tale wonderland at night.
The open plan spacious and modern first floor is where you will find the main entrance and hallway. For cooler evenings, there is a fireplace to create warmth and atmosphere. The kitchen/dining area is sleek and modern but functional, with all appliances to make you feel like you’re in a home-from-home. The dining area opens to a large terrace that runs the length of the floor. An outside dining suite allows one to enjoy balmy evenings and breathtaking views.
The living has a large comfortable sofa, wall mounted LCD television and an entertainment system. Opposite the living room, there is an area where you can spend time either working or relaxing with a good book. The first floor also boasts two self-contained suites. Each suite has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa, double bed, en-suite bathroom and access to the front yard and gardens with more outdoor furniture.
An internal staircase will lead you to the second floor and two large double bedrooms. They both have terraces and are tastefully decorated with magnificent views of the sea and en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs or showers. What better way to start the day than looking out at the glorious blue skies, palm trees and azure blue sea?
At the top of the villa is the attic. Wow! What an attic it is. A fully self-contained suite, it has a tastefully decorated light, bright double bedroom. Imagine waking up to see the sea from every angle and looking up to see the sky. The most romantic room in the villa is definitely a room with a view! A spacious en-suite bathroom with a freestanding tub and a large sitting area continues to deliver the wow factor. If this wasn’t enough, a fully equipped kitchenette and furnished terrace with views over the Adriatic Sea must seal the deal.

About the surrounding area of Villa VrsineSeget Vranjica is a very picturesque village only seven kilometres from the Unesco World Heritage town of Trogir. Villa Vrsine is located roughly a kilometre from the centre of Seget Vranjica. The villa's location is a dream, the sea is on your doorstep! There are multiple shops and restaurants all within a kilometre of the villa.
Trogir is at the top of the list of places to visit, not only in Dalmatia but throughout Croatia. The Trogir archipelago, dotted with islands, islets and tranquil bays, has attracted numerous conquerors, seafarers, and traders since ancient times. Kamerlengo Fortress is located on the southwestern tip of the island, and you will see it looming large over the town. It is possible to climb up to the height of the walls for amazing views over the Riva, the Old Town and out to sea. Parts of the city walls built in the 13th and 14th centuries are still visible today on the city's southern side.
For those who like to explore, Split is just thirty kilometres away. Here, you will find so much to see and do. The Old Town of Split is a maze of cobblestone streets and lanes surrounding the Diocletian's Palace. Built-in 305 AD, the Palace is one of Split's must-see attractions. In the heart of the Old Town, the People's Square, full of cafes and restaurants, is a perfect place to escape the midday sun. For those who like to walk, Marjan Hill to the west of the Old Town is full of trails crisscrossing their way over the peninsula. Stroll up to the top of the Hill to enjoy spectacular views.

Best Suited For: All AgesChildren love staying at Villa Vrsine, which has a private pool and access to the sea. There is so much for them to do. Splashing about in the pool with its waterfall and counter flow will keep them amused for hours, and after the sun goes down, the games room with its table football and TV will provide more fun. Cots and highchairs are provided for babies, on request.
A visit to nearby Split is sure to provide plenty of fun and entertainment. Here you will find an aquarium, a semi-submarine, Segway tours and a vast play zone at Poljud Stadium. Look out for Froggyland, an unforgettable museum. Harry Potter fans will love a visit to Split. They will surely recognise the cellar in the Diocletian’s Palace where Daenerys kept her dragons.
Another unmissable excursion would be to The Blue Cave. This spectacular cave is described as one of the most beautiful locations on the Adriatic. At certain times of the day, when the sun’s rays enter the sea and reflect from the limestone cliffs at the bottom, startling blue light and luminescent waters create the most beautiful scene.
