This fully air-conditioned villa, Villa Colva, is an ideal getaway for groups of 8 to 12 guests, featuring four bedrooms equipped with electric shutters and WiFi.
The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious entrance that flows into an open-concept living area. Here, you can enjoy views of the terrace with its inviting swimming pool and outdoor kitchen. There is a kitchen and a dining area with a table for 10-12 people. The living room has a TV, Sonos surround system, PlayStation, electric fireplace, and a comfortable sofa bed, offering a perfect spot to unwind.
One of the four bedrooms is on the ground floor, featuring an en-suite bathroom. This room also offers a fantastic view of the pool and nature. The ground floor also includes a guest WC and a utility room. Upstairs, three more bedrooms, each with a double bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom, are available. Two rooms have extra pull-out beds for children. All bedrooms access a large roof terrace with stunning views of nature, the pool, and the sea.
Villa Colva’s terrace is perfect for relaxation, featuring a 56 m² heated and illuminated pool, barbecue, outdoor shower, and twelve deck chairs. There’s a table tennis table, basketball hoop, trampoline, football goals, and a climbing lodge with a slide and swing for entertainment. The fenced area includes three parking spaces, with additional parking in front of the villa.

- Please be aware that the maximum number of guests is 12, but only if there are eight adults and four children; otherwise, it is a maximum of 10 guests.
- We recommend hiring a car to make the most of the surroundings.
- Please be cautious around the pool as it is not fenced.
