Boasting four bedrooms there is plenty of room for a group of eight, with an en-suite in every room and air-conditioning for your comfort. Two of these elegant rooms have access to a large terrace with views of the mountains, so you can wake up and take in your beautiful surroundings, immersing yourself in the natural landscapes of Cyprus.
The villa's main living spaces are on the ground floor, with patio doors that lead straight out onto the terrace, allowing you to meander in and out with ease. The kitchen is sleek and stylish, fully equipped to keep any budding chefs happy! With plenty of space to gather around and a breakfast table positioned next to the kitchen island, even cooking becomes a social task, getting all hands-on deck to prepare delicious dishes. The generous lounge is the perfect place to relax, offering a large L-shaped sofa, flat-screen TV and a log fireplace to keep you cosy even in the winter months. There is a dining table in the safe room so you can move effortlessly from dinner to the sofa, soaking in the relaxing holiday atmosphere.

Perched on the northern coast of Cyprus, Kyrenia was once a Venetian harbour town, with its captivating harbour still as beautiful and elegant as it once was, known as something of an icon for the local area. The towns picturesque castle is a stronghold on the waterfront, speaking of the town's past and creating an enchanting atmosphere for the present. The town's backdrop is the Pentadaktylos Mountains with their dramatic forested hillsides stretching down towards the coastline. Nowadays, Kyrenia is a cultural and economic hub, with three universities, many hotels and a vibrant nightlife, as well as an annual culture and arts festival.

Villa Girne is tucked into the centre of Kyrenia, a historic town with plenty for families to enjoy. The villa itself is sleek and modern, leaving even little kids impressed. They will feel like one of the grown-ups as they sink down into the comfy beds and relish in the privacy of their own en-suite. One of the bedrooms has twin beds, ideal for siblings to share and one of the double bedrooms has extra single beds that you can pull out, should more kids want to share one bedroom. The cosy fireplace and large L-shaped sofa in the living room will keep little ones happy, switching on the TV to relax each evening. There is plenty of space to dine together as a family, with a dining table inside, a breakfast table in the kitchen and a large al-fresco dining space on the terrace, perfect for family barbecues! Kids are sure to adore the private swimming pool, hopping in and out to their heart's content.
The villa is just a short walk from Kyrenia harbour along with an array of stunning beaches along the coast. Predominantly offering shallow waters and sandy shores, the nearby beaches are perfect for long days in the sand with your kids. The calm sea means they can paddle and swim safely, heading back onto the sandy shore to build sandcastles and enjoy the sunshine.
For a fabulous day out with the whole family, under half an hour drive from the villa you will find the Acapulco resort complex. The resort has something for all ages, including a water park, funfair, arcades, restaurants and bars! Other facilities on-site include a spa and gym, Turkish baths, massage parlour and a sports park with tons of football equipment and activities. Children will love the play areas, and there's a great range of fun for the whole family and including a private beach.
