This attractive three-bedroom villa offers views towards the championship golf course’s eighteenth hole from the swimming pool and terrace, creating an idyllic setting for a truly unforgettable stay. It’s also a very short stroll to the clubhouse, tennis academy and the resort’s vibrant ‘village square’ alongside a wealth of wonderful dining opportunities.

About the surrounding area of Villa AktisSet in the heart of the Aphrodite Hills Resort, Villa Aktis enjoys a prime location on the edge of the golf course, only a short walk to the resort’s ‘village square’. Indeed, the end of the garden looks out to the championship course close to the 18th hole.
The Aphrodite Hills Resort is a world-class retreat set near the sun-drenched southwestern coast of Cyprus with a range of amenities (at additional costs). As well as the incredible 18-hole golf course, guests can unwind at the opulent spa, or indulge in exquisite dining at one of the resort’s many restaurants. For those craving adventure, explore the scenic walking and jogging trails, enjoy a game on the basketball court, play in the tennis academy or hire bikes for further exploration.
From a more practical point of view, the resort’s village square, just a very short walk away, is home to a well-stocked mini-market, ice-cream shop, café, restaurants, play area, ATM, chapel, the Kid's Club and bike hire rental.
The resort also has its own beach club within a 15-minute drive, Bonamare Beach, usually open May to October with its bar-restaurant and shower/changing facilities. It goes without saying that there are so many other wonderful beaches nearby from the pebbly shores and stunning scenery of Aphrodite's Beach (3.5km) to the popular seaside resort of Coral Bay (35km).
If you can find the time, immerse yourself in the rich history and culture of Paphos (25km), reached within half an hour by car. Wander through the ancient Tombs of the Kings, visit the breathtaking Paphos Harbour and Castle, or marvel at the stunning mosaics in the House of Dionysus. Other facilities (all at an extra charge) include a basketball court, all-ability football school, tennis academy and a 6-hole golf par 3 PGA academy course for young players.
The resort has its own beach club, Bonamare Beach, within a 15-minute drive. Usually open May to October, dine in the bar-restaurant and make the most of the changing/shower facilities after swimming or snorkelling in the crystal-clear sea. Indeed, there are so many wonderful beaches across this region including the blue-flag Coral Bay with its shallow waters, watersports and other nearby attractions.
